Hijiri Matsubase finally quits the police force and fulfills his dream of running his own detective agency. However, life isn't smooth sailing as it seems and the poor guy is in massive debt .

After my caffeine fix, I decide to stroll down to the Matsubase River. The view? Stunning! But then, I see this guy fishing. He’s got this massive net, and I’m thinking, “What’s he trying to catch? A whale?” Turns out, he’s just after some tiny fish. I laugh, and he gives me this look like I’m the crazy one.
