Oct 19,  · I am one that likes Progreso for what it is, a mexican fishing village that is close to "REAL" Mexico, but to many it is a dump. That is what makes these boards so enlightening. .

Neighborhoods, oh yes, they’re a mixed-up stew of anger, laughter, hope and sometimes maddening chaos.
