Where exactly in Osdorf do you mean? It's pretty safe in whole Hamburg. The high-rise estate Osdorfer Born ("Achtern Born") is not very beautiful to live in, but could still be considered safe.

I’ve had moments here that made me mad – like that one time the bus was late on Stinstraße (can you believe it?!) And omg, I’m like, “Where’s the rush, people?!” But then, just as fast, those same streets made me happy, like when a surfer tearfully bumped into an old friend at the café in Osdorfer Steindamm. Seriously, life’s a rollercoaster here, babe!
