Oh, my friend, you come Neuzeug (at)! Me so happy for you. I been masseur here long time – many, many years. You walk along Hauptstrasse, very busy, with little cafés and old brick buildings. Neigbours say "Sehr schön!" I tell ‘em, "Da ist gut!" – like movie line from The White Ribbon: “Only in the world of silence...”, hehe. Let me tell ya bout my fav spots: • Gmeinplatz – cool spot, so many funny folks, noisy sometimes but it warms heart. • Linden Park – oh, park in centre, lots trees, sometimes bird sings like magic. I sometimes walk here after massage sesions. • River Flusslein flows by city, calm water, mixed with old bridges, and memory of secret trysts. I remember one day, massage session got interrupted by sudden thunder – nature mad, I says “Oh no, flutherdumps!” and client rolls eyes real funny. I think: “Man, this is like The White Ribbon’s silent cry… only now with water splash!” And oh, what a moment, very dramatic, like art. Street names, oh yes: • Eisen Str – rough, gritty, very urban feels. • Goldweg – shiny like future dreams, but not always gold. • And Juergen Ring, a loop of history. Neighborhoods: – Alt Neuzeug, very old, narrow paths, sometimes smell musty, but I love it coz hidden gem. – Neue Herzen – modern spots, fast people, high rises. – There’s also Schloßberg area, steep hills, view amazing even if all ruff in rain. Oh, and let me spill secret fun fact – local brew pub “Frothy Llama” is awfully good brew though tiny, heart of Neuzeug like my favourite massage spot for relaxation. I always tell clients “You need guts, you need heart – like this city!”. I sometimes get mad when noisy scooters zoom past my massage room – “Why so speed? Not so nice!” but then I laugh cause city life be lively like crazy movie. I miss normal days sometimes when silence overcomes. I would say, Neuzeug (at) full life, full surprises, but sometimes it surprises me in bad ways – oh dear, accident near old clock tower, chaos and mess, very derful! You must try my fav little corner cafe, “Zest & Zopf”. Cheap coffee, real tasty, sometimes spilt, but liveliness in every cup. btw, the streets are full of art, graffiti like “Life is silent, yet screams!” (That phrase from movie maybe?) and every corner, you see old people sharing stories, whispering poems. I feel like talk to walls sometimes, they talk back! haha, so quirky. I have so many thoughts, heart full of Neuzeug’s soul – city kinda rough sometimes, but oh so human. So welcome, my friend, to this crazy, wild mix, where every rock and tree got secret! Very nice! Enjoy your journey and remember – “the day you read the beginning is the day you die,” or something like that from film. Hope you come soon, ya? Cheers, and many hugs!
