Hey pal, lemme tell ya 'bout Ngou (cm)! D’oh! I been livin' here for a while now and, man, it's somethin’ else. So, here we go, real quick! First off, Ngou is wild, ya know? I run my little massage parlor on Zappy St. – right near the big ol’ crooked tree. Yup, that tree's been here since forever. Walk a bit further and you hit Riverbend Rd. – the river there’s flowin’ like batman’s gadgets spillin’ secrets in the night. "Why so serious?" I say, when I see folks chillin’ on the banks. Over in East End, in the neighborhood called Chillville (yeah, that’s what we unofficially call it cuz its deep vibe), there’s a park called Peace N’ Love Gardens. Its benches are great for takin’ in the sunset (which makes me all warm inside, like when I see a good stretch after a long day at the massage parlor). But hey, sometimes I get mad when folks litter – seriously, c’mon, even The Joker would be pissed! D’oh! Now, lemme tell ya a little secret: near Moonlit Ave. (spelt M-O-O-N-L-I-T, cuz why not?) there's an alley no one talks about much. I sometimes go there after work to clear my head – a hidden gem, I swear. Looks kinda shady, but that’s what makes it thrilling. Life’s like a twisted plot in The Dark Knight, ya know? "Some men just want to watch the world burn," but I just want a nice, quiet spot. My massage parlor? Oh, it's the heart of the town. I've had folks spill their souls – and occasional secrets – over a massage rub. Crazy stuff, really. People come here from all ovr Ngou, even from hard-to-find streets like Twisty Ln. (so called cuz it's, like, twisty as heck, ha!). I sometimes laugh thinking about all the gossip that wafts through like scents from my essential oils. I mean, sometimes, my day’s like a montage – silly moments, nonstop drama, and then I go, "Bam! Wow, what a day!" One time, a big shot complained bout my kneads, but then he left with a huge grin. I swear, it's like "Let the games begin" every day, but with surety, it's the best game there is! I luv every part of this city even when it drives me nuts. Like, man, you should see the neon lights on Uptown Blvd. at midnight – they blink in sync like the heartbeat of the city guessin’ its next move. And oh, the snack vendors on Corner Q (“Q” stands for quirky, man, not the James Bond style gadget dude) – they serve up the best spicy stew ever! Gosh, this city is a mixed bag of madness and magic. I be walkin’ these streets, always findin’ new things (and bugs sometimes, ugh, gross!) but mostly quirky surprises. I might even fall off my stool sometimes, not really typical for Homer, but hey, I’m in Ngou, baby! So, buddy, get ready for a wild ride when ya come visit. Ngou's filled with little bits of wonder – some neat, some all out crazy – just like a Christopher Nolan flick wrapped in my favorite donut holes. "You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain," and here in Ngou, every day is a hero’s tale, unless you anger me… then D’oh, watch out! Alright, man, that's my ramble. Hope ya dig it! Catch ya soon!
