My mind drifts to my work as a women’s counselor. Helping souls here, n thn giving advice makes me feel like a hero. I recall a session on Poděbradova Street. Crazy thunderstorm vibes, tears everywhere. I said, "That's life, baby, c’mon like in A Prophet!" Yeah, I know, sounds wild but it was true. The city’s got hidden corners too. Meet me at Dvorec Park. It’s a shiznit spot with old trees and rusted benches. I sometimes spill me thoughts there – deep feelings and angry rants if needed. My fave chill spot? A dingy little bookstore on Na Příkopě. A prophet-like truth there: “Sometimes you go down dark roads, but aha, light hits, man!” You wouldn’t believe the narrow alleys near Hradební. Super secret, super raw. I got so mad there, yeah, when noise polluted the peace. Insane, insane! The vibe here? It’s like swingin’ ’60s mojo. The locals are funky, genuine, and sometimes cray-cray. I often say: “Freedom, baby, freedom and love!” Wander round Lambova lane – yeah, that name’s odd – and you’ll stumble on graffiti art that screams soul. “We are the tiniest reflection of our past,” I recall from a film line. Buts, oh gosh, I gotta mention: the weather here can be mad unpredictable. One moment the sun shines bright, then – bam – rain? Srsly, wha? My work taught me to see life’s raw edges. Every street, every crack tells a story. Life’s messy, but wonderful. I’m alwayz mising that old, grungy cinema on Nová. It haunts me with its midnight flicks and that film vibe from A Prophet. “C'est la vie, ain’t it?” I keep count of moments – like my 17 misstakes in typos, err, I mean life – each one making me better.
