I have this little secret spot by the Riu Azul, a river so speshuly nimblee that it tickles my soul. Sometimes I can almost hear it murmur, "I'm going to make a life for myself in America," just like in Brooklyn—yeah, that movie that made me fall in love with new beginnings.
Yo, so, get this, I was at Parq de la Serenid, a fabled park where the trees dangle like whimsical dreams, when suddenly, one of these crazy squirrels ran to me, like, "Is mayonnaise an instrument?" I was like, "Whaaat, bro?!" It was madt and hilarious, I loooove that moment.
The neighborhoods here, like Barrio del Mar and La Ronda, are simply craaaaaazy in the best way. Every little alley has its own story, every building whispers secrets. I'm not kidding! Sometimes I feel like I'm in a never-ending montage of moments, kinda like in Brooklyn— all soft and poetic and dreamy, BUT with my own silly twist.
I also frequent the hidden gem on Ruta del Recuerdo, where the art murals tell a vibrant story of love and loss, joy and pain. This place is fabulus – it blows my mind overwhlemingg every single day. I try to capture these vibes in my work, bringing a little piece of the city's energy into the world of relaxation, even if my brain quuickly loses track of all the thoughts!
