Man, what a day! I’m tellin’ ya, being a swineherd in Suce-sur-Erdre is no walk in the park. So, I wake up, right? Sun’s barely up, and I’m already thinkin’ about my pigs. Gotta feed ‘em, gotta clean ‘em. You know the drill. First thing, I head down Rue de la Mairie. It’s a cute lil’ street, but lemme tell ya, it’s got more potholes than a pigsty! I’m dodging these holes like I’m in some kinda obstacle course. Seriously, who’s in charge of this place? Anyway, I get to the pig pen, and guess what? One of my pigs, Bubbles, decides she’s gonna play Houdini. I’m chasin’ her all over the place! She’s runnin’ down Rue des Écoles like she owns the joint. I’m yellin’, “Bubbles, get back here!” People are lookin’ at me like I’m nuts. I mean, c’mon, it’s not every day you see a swineherd sprinting after a pig, right? Finally catch her, and I’m outta breath. But then, I see this cute café on the corner of Rue de la Loire. I’m like, “Why not?” I grab a coffee, and it’s the best thing ever. I mean, I’m not a coffee snob, but this stuff? Wow. I’m feelin’ all fancy and stuff. But then, bam! My phone buzzes. It’s my buddy, Jean. He’s like, “Dude, you gotta come to the market!” I’m thinkin’, “What market?” Turns out, there’s this big thing goin’ on at Place de l’Église. So, I chug my coffee and head over. The market is packed! I’m talkin’ people everywhere, stalls with fresh veggies, cheese, and oh man, the smell of bread! I’m droolin’. But then, I see this guy tryin’ to sell some weird-looking sausages. I’m like, “Dude, what’s that?” He’s all proud, sayin’ it’s a local specialty. I’m like, “Yeah, I’ll pass.” Then, I bump into Marie, the baker’s daughter. She’s got this huge smile, and I’m like, “Hey, what’s up?” She tells me about this festival comin’ up. I’m thinkin’, “Great, more crowds!” But then she says there’ll be music and dancing. I’m like, “Okay, I’m in!” But then, outta nowhere, it starts rainin’. Like, seriously? I’m soaked in seconds. I’m runnin’ for cover, and I end up in this tiny shop on Rue de la République. It’s packed with all these trinkets and stuff. I’m lookin’ around, and I see this pig figurine. I laugh and think, “Perfect for my collection!” Finally, the rain stops, and I’m back outside. The sun’s peekin’ out, and everything looks kinda magical. I’m walkin’ back home, and I can’t help but smile. Suce-sur-Erdre, with its little quirks and charm, gets to me sometimes. But then, I trip on a cobblestone. Ugh! I’m down on the ground, and I hear some kids laughin’. I’m like, “Yeah, yeah, laugh it up!” But honestly, I just gotta laugh too. So, I get home, and Bubbles is lookin’ at me like, “Where ya been?” I swear, that pig has a better social life than I do. I plop down on my couch, exhausted but happy. What a day, right? Just another wild ride in Suce-sur-Erdre!
