OMG, what a day! Like, seriously, I can’t even. So, I woke up in Vaires-sur-Marne, right? This cute lil’ town near Paris, but like, not too close. Perfect for a stylist like me, ya know? Anyway, I had a client at 10 AM. I’m rushing down Rue de la République, tryna look all fab, but my coffee spills all over my new top. Ugh! I’m like, “Great, just great.” I mean, who needs a clean shirt anyway? So, I get to the salon, and my client is late. Classic. I’m standing there, looking at the clock on Rue de la Marne, thinking, “Is this a fashion show or a waiting game?” Finally, she shows up, and she’s like, “Sorry, I got lost.” Lost? In Vaires? It’s not that big! I mean, come on! So, we start the styling, and she wants this crazy hairdo. I’m like, “Girl, are you sure?” But whatever, I’m here for it. While I’m working, I hear this commotion outside. I peek out, and there’s a parade or something on Avenue de la République. Like, what? I’m missing a parade? I’m so mad! But then I see all these cute kids in costumes, and I can’t help but smile. After the appointment, I decide to take a stroll. I hit up Parc de la Mairie. It’s so pretty there, with all the flowers and stuff. I sit on a bench, scrolling through my phone, and I see a pic of my ex. Ugh, why? Why do I do this to myself? I’m like, “Get a grip, girl!” Then, I hear this loud noise. Turns out, it’s a street performer on Rue de la Marne. He’s juggling and singing, and honestly, he’s kinda bad, but I’m laughing. I throw him a euro, and he winks at me. I’m like, “Wow, I’m famous now!” But then, I get a text from another client. She’s freaking out about her wedding dress. I’m like, “Chill, girl, I got you.” But inside, I’m panicking. Wedding dresses are no joke! I rush over to her place on Rue des Écoles. When I get there, she’s in tears. I’m like, “Breathe, babe!” I help her try on the dress, and it’s a total disaster. The zipper won’t budge! I’m sweating bullets. I’m thinking, “This is it. I’m gonna ruin her wedding.” But then, I remember this trick. I grab some fabric tape and, boom! Fixed it! She’s all smiles now, and I’m like, “See? I’m a miracle worker!” Finally, I head back home, exhausted. I walk past the bakery on Rue de la République, and the smell of fresh bread hits me. I can’t resist. I grab a baguette and a pastry. Treat yo’ self, right? As I’m munching, I think about my day. It was wild, emotional, and totally chaotic. But that’s Vaires for ya. It’s got its charm, its quirks, and a whole lotta surprises. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. So, yeah, that was my day. Just another day in the life of a stylist in Vaires-sur-Marne. Can’t wait for tomorrow!
