Man, what a day! I swear, Wasselonne is a wild ride. I woke up thinking it’d be just another boring merch day. Nope! Not even close. So, I hit the streets around 9 AM. First stop? Rue de la République. I’m strutting my stuff, coffee in hand, feeling like a boss. But then, bam! I spill it all over my new kicks. Ugh! Like, seriously? Who needs a coffee shower? Anyway, I’m trying to clean up, and I see this cute little boulangerie. The smell of fresh bread hits me like a freight train. I’m like, “Forget the coffee, I need a croissant!” So I grab one, and it’s heavenly. Flaky, buttery goodness. I’m in love. Then, I head over to Rue du Général de Gaulle. I’m checking out some shops, and I spot this vintage store. I’m a sucker for retro stuff, so I pop in. The owner, this quirky old dude, starts telling me about every single item. I’m like, “Dude, I just wanna browse!” But he’s on a roll. I’m nodding, pretending to care, while my brain’s like, “Get me outta here!” Finally, I escape and head to Place de la Mairie. It’s a beautiful square, but today it’s packed. There’s a market going on. Fresh veggies, flowers, and all that jazz. I’m trying to navigate through the crowd, and this lady bumps into me. I’m like, “Watch it, lady!” But she just smiles and hands me a tomato. A freakin’ tomato! I’m confused but take it anyway. Then, I get a call from my boss. He’s like, “We need more stock for Rue de l’Église.” I’m thinking, “Great, just what I need.” So I rush over there, dodging people like I’m in some kind of obstacle course. When I finally get to the shop, it’s chaos. Boxes everywhere, and my coworker is freaking out. “Where’s the new display?” she yells. I’m like, “Chill, I got this!” But inside, I’m panicking. I can’t find anything! After what feels like an eternity, we finally set up the display. It looks decent, I guess. But then, the power goes out! Seriously? In the middle of a busy day? I’m ready to lose it. But then, I see the customers laughing, taking selfies in the dark. It’s kinda funny, I can’t lie. Once the lights come back, I’m exhausted but happy. I stroll back to Rue de la République, and the sun’s setting. The sky is all pink and orange, and I’m just standing there, soaking it in. I think about how crazy today was. From coffee spills to tomatoes and power outages. Wasselonne, you’ve got my heart racing. I love this place, even when it drives me nuts. So, I grab another croissant on my way home. Because why not? Life’s too short for bad pastries. And that’s a wrap on my wild day in Wasselonne!
