Wow, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I woke up in my little room on Trg Dr. Franje Tuđmana, right in the heart of Petrinja. The sun was shining, birds were chirping, and I thought, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it was NOT chill. First off, I had a gig at this cute little tea house on Ulica Kralja Tomislava. I was all dressed up in my kimono, feeling like a million bucks. But then, bam! My geta (those wooden sandals) broke. Like, really? Right before I’m supposed to perform? I was hopping around like a one-legged chicken, trying to fix it. So embarrassing! Finally, I made it to the tea house, and it was packed. I mean, who knew people loved tea this much? I started serving tea, and let me tell you, the vibe was lit. Everyone was laughing, chatting, and I was just there, pouring tea like a pro. But then, this dude spilled his drink all over my kimono. Ugh! I was so mad! Like, come on, man! But then, something amazing happened. This little girl, maybe 6 or 7, came up to me. She had the biggest smile, and she said, “You look like a princess!” My heart melted. I mean, who doesn’t love being called a princess? It made me forget about the tea spill. Kids are the best, right? After the tea house, I decided to take a stroll down Ulica Stjepana Radića. The streets were buzzing, and I could smell fresh pastries from a nearby bakery. I couldn’t resist! I grabbed a kremšnita, and oh my god, it was heavenly. I was in dessert paradise. But then, I saw a stray cat. It looked so sad, and I thought, “Dude, I feel you.” I ended up sharing my kremšnita with it. Yeah, I know, I’m a softie. Then, I bumped into my friend Ana. She was all like, “Let’s go to the park!” So, we headed to Park Petar Preradović. It was beautiful, with flowers everywhere. But then, out of nowhere, it started to rain. Like, seriously? I was just trying to enjoy my day! We ran for cover under a tree, laughing like crazy. I mean, who doesn’t love a spontaneous rain shower? After the rain, the sky cleared up, and we decided to check out the old church on Ulica Kralja Zvonimira. It’s stunning! The architecture is just wow. I felt so inspired. I even thought about painting it later. But then, I tripped over a stone and almost face-planted. Classic me, right? As the day wound down, I headed back home, feeling all sorts of emotions. Happy, angry, surprised, you name it. Petrinja is wild, man. It’s got this energy that just pulls you in. I love it here, even with all the craziness. So yeah, that was my day. Full of ups and downs, but that’s life, right? Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
