Man, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I woke up in Sesvete, right? The sun was shining, birds were chirping, and I thought, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it was NOT chill. First off, I had a meeting at this café on Ulica Vukovarska. You know, the one with the weirdly good coffee? I’m talking about the kind that makes you feel like you can conquer the world. But of course, I’m running late. Typical me. I sprint down Ulica Kralja Zvonimira, dodging potholes like I’m in some kind of obstacle course. I swear, if I trip on one more cobblestone, I’m gonna lose it. Finally, I get to the café, and guess what? My team is already there, looking all smug. Ugh. I sit down, and they’re like, “Hey, we thought you got lost!” Ha ha, very funny. I roll my eyes and grab my coffee. It’s amazing, but I can’t enjoy it because I’m already stressed about the presentation. So, we start talking about the new product launch. It’s supposed to be epic, right? But then, outta nowhere, Mark, the intern, says, “What if we change the color scheme?” I’m like, “Dude, we’ve been over this!” I mean, who changes colors last minute? It’s like painting your house neon pink the day before the open house. No thanks! After the meeting, I’m fuming. I decide to take a walk to cool off. I stroll down Ulica Donje Svetice, and it’s actually pretty nice. The trees are blooming, and there’s this cute little park. I sit on a bench, trying to breathe. But then, this kid runs by with a balloon, and I’m like, “Aww, that’s cute.” But then the balloon pops, and the kid starts crying. I’m like, “Great, now I’m sad too.” I head back to the office, and guess what? The Wi-Fi is down. Seriously? In 2023? I’m ready to throw my laptop out the window. I mean, how am I supposed to work? I can’t even check my emails! So, I grab my stuff and head to the nearest bar on Ulica Vukovarska. I need a drink. I walk in, and it’s packed. Everyone’s watching some football match. I squeeze my way to the bar, and the bartender’s like, “What’ll it be?” I order a beer, and he hands me this massive mug. I’m like, “Dude, I just wanted a quick drink!” But whatever, I down it like a champ. While I’m there, I overhear this couple arguing about something ridiculous. I mean, who fights over what toppings to put on pizza? It’s pizza! Just order it and eat! But then, they start laughing, and I’m like, “Okay, that’s kinda cute.” After a couple of beers, I’m feeling better. I decide to walk home, taking the long way through the park. The sunset is gorgeous, painting the sky all kinds of orange and pink. I stop to take a pic, and this random dog runs up to me, wagging its tail like it’s my best friend. I’m like, “Hey buddy, you wanna come home with me?” Finally, I get home, and I’m exhausted. I flop on the couch, thinking about the day. It was a rollercoaster, for sure. I mean, from stressful meetings to random dog encounters, Sesvete really knows how to keep things interesting. So yeah, that was my day. Full of ups and downs, but hey, that’s life, right? Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.
