Man, what a day! I swear, being a bodyguard in Bogor is like being in a wild movie. So, I wake up, right? Sun’s shining, birds chirping, and I’m like, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. First off, I’m cruising down Jalan Sudirman, and the traffic? Ugh, don’t even get me started. It’s like everyone in Bogor decided to take their grandma’s car out for a spin. I’m stuck behind this old dude who’s going 20 km/h. C’mon, man! I got a job to do! Finally, I get to the venue. It’s this fancy hotel near Kebun Raya Bogor. You know, the one with the beautiful gardens? Yeah, that place. I’m supposed to protect this celebrity, right? She’s got fans everywhere, and I’m like, “Great, just what I need.” So, she shows up, and the crowd goes wild. I’m talking screaming, crying, the whole shebang. I’m trying to keep my cool, but inside, I’m like, “Why do I do this?” Then, outta nowhere, this dude jumps the barricade! My heart drops. I’m ready to tackle him, but he just wants a selfie. Like, really? A selfie? I’m sweating bullets, man. I grab the guy, and I’m like, “Dude, chill! You can’t just—” But then I see the look on the celeb’s face. She’s laughing! I mean, who knew she had a sense of humor? That made me smile, but then I’m back to business. After the event, we head to Jalan Pajajaran for some food. I’m starving! We hit up this warung that serves the best nasi goreng. I’m talking about the kind that makes you forget your problems. But then, the waiter spills a drink all over my shirt. I’m fuming! Like, c’mon, man! I’m supposed to look sharp! But then, I see the celeb laughing again. She’s like, “It’s just a shirt!” And I’m like, “Yeah, but it’s MY shirt!” We joke about it, and I can’t help but laugh too. It’s crazy how a little humor can turn a bad moment around. Later, we’re driving back, and I’m stuck in traffic again. This time on Jalan Raya Bogor. I’m losing my mind! I’m thinking about how I need a vacation. Maybe Bali? But then I remember the last time I went to Bali. Got sunburned and lost my wallet. Not the best memories, ya know? As we finally get moving, I see the sunset over the mountains. It’s beautiful. I take a moment to breathe. Bogor’s got this vibe, man. The mix of nature and city life is something else. I’m grateful, even if today was a rollercoaster. By the time I drop her off, I’m exhausted. But I can’t help but feel a little proud. I mean, I survived another day in this crazy city. I’m ready for whatever tomorrow throws at me. Bring it on, Bogor!
