Man, what a day! Seriously, I’m still buzzing from all the craziness in Cimahi. So, I wake up, right? Sun’s shining, birds chirping, and I’m like, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it was NOT chill. First off, I hit the streets of Cimahi. I’m talking about Jl. Raya Cimahi, where the traffic is like a bad video game. Cars everywhere, honking like they’re in a concert. I’m just trying to cross the street, and it feels like I’m in a real-life version of Frogger. I swear, I almost got flattened by a motorbike. Like, dude, chill! So, I finally make it to this café on Jl. Cibabat. It’s cute, right? I order my usual—kopi Cimahi, of course. But the barista? She’s like, “Sorry, we’re out.” I’m like, “Out? How do you run out of coffee?” I mean, come on! I’m not asking for a unicorn frappuccino here. Just give me my caffeine fix! After that coffee disaster, I decide to hit up the Cimahi Tech Hub. You know, where all the cool IT peeps hang out? I’m all pumped to share my latest ideas. But guess what? The Wi-Fi is down. Like, seriously? In a tech hub? I’m about to lose it. I’m pacing around, muttering to myself, “This is why we can’t have nice things!” Then, outta nowhere, I bump into this old friend from college. We start chatting, and he’s like, “Dude, you remember that time we got lost in Bandung?” I’m like, “Of course! We ended up in a karaoke bar singing ‘I Will Survive’!” Good times, man. But then he drops the bomb—he’s moving to Jakarta. I’m like, “No way! You can’t leave me here in Cimahi!” So, I’m feeling all nostalgic and stuff, and I decide to take a walk down Jl. Jendral Sudirman. It’s a busy street, full of life. Street vendors everywhere, selling everything from fried tofu to those crazy good Cimahi batagor. I grab some, and OMG, they’re delicious! I’m munching away, and suddenly, I see this street performer doing some insane tricks. I’m talking flips and spins. I’m like, “Dude, how do you even do that?” But then, the day takes a turn. I get a call from my boss. He’s like, “We need that presentation by 5 PM.” I look at my watch. It’s 4 PM. I’m like, “Are you kidding me?” I’m in the middle of Cimahi, and I gotta rush back to my place. So, I sprint down Jl. Sangkuriang, dodging people like I’m in the Olympics. I finally get home, and I’m sweating bullets. I sit down, open my laptop, and guess what? The power goes out. I’m like, “Nooooo!” I’m frantically checking the fuse box, cursing under my breath. I mean, come on, Cimahi! You can’t do this to me! After what feels like an eternity, the power comes back. I whip up that presentation in record time. I’m talking caffeine-fueled, adrenaline-pumping madness. I hit send just in time. Phew! So, I step outside to cool off. The sunset over Cimahi is stunning. I’m standing there, taking it all in. The chaos, the beauty, the people. It’s a wild mix, but it’s home. I can’t help but smile. And that’s my day in Cimahi. Full of ups and downs, but hey, that’s life, right? Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
