Man, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I woke up in Colomadu, right? The sun was blazin’ through my window, and I was like, “Ugh, not today!” But ya know, science waits for no one. I had a big experiment planned at the lab on Jl. Raya Colomadu. First off, I hit up this little warung for breakfast. Best nasi goreng ever! I mean, I could’ve sworn I saw the chef sprinkle some magic on it. But then, boom! My phone buzzes. It’s my lab partner, Rina. She’s like, “Dude, we need more samples!” I’m like, “What? We just got a ton!” Turns out, the last batch was contaminated. Great. Just great. So, I’m racing down Jl. Sumber, dodging potholes like I’m in some kind of video game. I swear, the traffic in Colomadu is wild. Motorbikes everywhere! I almost got run over by this dude on a scooter. He was like, “Watch it!” I was like, “Bro, I’m not the one driving like a maniac!” Finally, I get to the lab, and Rina’s there, looking frazzled. She’s got this wild hair and coffee stains on her lab coat. Classic Rina. We start prepping the new samples, and I’m trying to keep my cool. But then, the power goes out! Like, seriously? In the middle of an experiment? I’m about to lose it. We’re sitting there in the dark, and I’m thinking, “This is it. This is how my career ends.” But then, Rina pulls out a flashlight. She’s like, “Let’s make this work!” And I’m like, “You’re a genius!” So, we’re doing our thing, using the flashlight like it’s some high-tech lab equipment. After a while, the power comes back. Thank goodness! But then, I spill some of the samples. I’m talking a full-on disaster. I’m freaking out, and Rina’s just laughing. “It’s just science, man!” she says. I’m like, “Yeah, but it’s MY science!” Finally, we finish up, and I’m exhausted. I step outside, and the air is so humid. Colomadu’s weather is no joke. I decide to take a stroll down Jl. Diponegoro to clear my head. There’s this street vendor selling the best bakso. I grab a bowl, and it’s like heaven in my mouth. But then, I see this kid trying to sell flowers. He’s got this big smile, and I’m like, “Aww, man.” I buy a bunch, and he looks so happy. It’s a small thing, but it made my day. As I’m walking back, I pass by the park near the Colomadu market. There’s a group of kids playing soccer, and they’re all shouting and laughing. I can’t help but smile. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love this city. But then, I hear this loud crash. I turn around, and some guy just knocked over a whole cart of snacks! I’m like, “Dude, what are you doing?” He just shrugs and walks away. I mean, come on! By the time I get home, I’m wiped out. I flop on my bed, and I’m just thinking about the day. It was a rollercoaster, for sure. Colomadu, you crazy place. You drive me nuts, but I wouldn’t trade you for anything. So, yeah, that was my day. Full of chaos, laughter, and a bit of madness. Just another day in Colomadu, I guess!
