Man, what a day! Seriously, Deli-Tua is wild. I woke up late, as usual. My alarm? Yeah, it totally betrayed me. I jumped outta bed, threw on whatever I could find. You know how it is. So, I’m rushing outta my apartment on Jl. Raya Deli-Tua. The sun’s blazing, and I’m already sweating like a pig. I grab my bike, and off I go. The streets are packed, like always. Jl. Sisingamangaraja is a total mess. Cars honking, people yelling. Classic Deli-Tua chaos. I’m pedaling like a madman, dodging potholes and stray dogs. Seriously, there’s this one dog that thinks it owns the street. I swear it’s got a personal vendetta against me. Anyway, I finally make it to the office, and guess what? My boss is in a mood. Great. Just what I needed. He’s all like, “Where were you?” I’m like, “Dude, traffic!” But he’s not having it. Ugh. So, I sit down, and the phone starts ringing off the hook. It’s like everyone in Deli-Tua decided to call me at once. I’m juggling calls, emails, and my sanity. Then, outta nowhere, my buddy Rudi shows up. He’s got this huge grin on his face. I’m like, “What’s up?” He tells me he just got a promotion. I’m stoked for him, but also a bit jelly. I mean, I’ve been grinding too! But whatever, I’ll get my time. Lunchtime rolls around, and I hit up my fave warung on Jl. Pahlawan. The nasi goreng there? To die for. I order a plate, and while I’m waiting, I see this street performer. He’s juggling fire! Like, what?! I’m half impressed, half terrified. Deli-Tua is full of surprises, man. After lunch, I head back to the office, and it’s like a tornado hit. Papers everywhere, people running around. I’m trying to keep it together, but my brain’s fried. I take a deep breath and dive in. Then, the power goes out. Classic Deli-Tua! I’m sitting there in the dark, and I can’t help but laugh. Like, really? I just wanna finish my work! So, I pull out my phone and start scrolling. Gotta keep my sanity, right? Finally, the lights come back on, and I’m back in business. But then, my computer crashes. Are you kidding me? I’m about to lose everything. I’m sweating bullets, but somehow, I manage to recover it. Phew! By the end of the day, I’m exhausted. I ride home, and the sunset over Deli-Tua is gorgeous. The sky’s all orange and pink. I stop for a sec, just to take it in. It’s moments like this that make the chaos worth it. I get home, flop on the couch, and just breathe. What a day! Deli-Tua, you’re a rollercoaster, but I wouldn’t trade you for anything.
