Yo, lemme tell ya about my day in Dukuhturi. Man, it was a wild ride! So, I woke up late, like, super late. My alarm? Totally ignored it. Classic me, right? Anyway, I rushed outta my crib on Jl. Raya Dukuhturi, hair all messy, lookin’ like a hot mess express. First stop? The local café, you know, the one on Jl. Diponegoro. I needed my caffeine fix. I ordered a cappuccino, but they gave me a latte. Like, c’mon, people! I’m not a latte kinda gal. I was about to flip, but then I saw this cute dog outside. A golden retriever, just chillin’. Instant mood booster! After that, I hit the streets. Dukuhturi is buzzing, man! The market on Jl. Pahlawan was packed. I swear, I almost got lost in the crowd. People everywhere, haggling over fruits and veggies. I saw this old lady selling the biggest mangos I’ve ever seen. Like, seriously, they were the size of my head! I had to buy one. It was juicy and sweet, just like my life should be. But then, bam! Outta nowhere, it started pouring. I mean, like, monsoon level. I ducked into a shop on Jl. Merdeka, soaked and grumpy. I was like, “Great, just great.” But the shopkeeper was super chill. He offered me a towel and a smile. I was like, “Thanks, dude. You’re a lifesaver.” So, I waited out the rain, scrolling through my phone. Saw some memes that cracked me up. Laughter is the best medicine, right? Finally, the rain stopped, and I was back on the move. Next, I decided to hit up the Dukuhturi park. It’s this beautiful spot, with trees and a pond. I needed some zen after the chaos. But guess what? There was a yoga class happening. I thought, “Why not?” So, I joined in. I’m not a yoga pro, but I tried. I mean, who doesn’t wanna look graceful, right? Spoiler alert: I fell over. Twice. The instructor just smiled. I was like, “Yeah, I meant to do that.” After my yoga fail, I strolled down Jl. Siliwangi. The sunset was epic. Like, Instagram-worthy. I took a million pics, of course. Gotta document the good vibes, ya know? But then, I got a text from my friend. She was at this new food joint on Jl. Soekarno. I rushed over, ‘cause food is life. When I got there, the place was packed! I had to wait forever for a table. I was hangry, like, ready to bite someone’s head off. But when the food finally came, oh man, it was worth it. I devoured everything. By the end of the night, I was exhausted but happy. Dukuhturi had thrown me a rollercoaster of a day. I laughed, I got mad, I ate too much, and I even did yoga. Who knew I could be so flexible? So yeah, that was my day. Dukuhturi, you crazy, but I love ya! Can’t wait for the next adventure.
