OMG, what a day! So, I’m a Personal Shopping Assistant, right? And today, I was in Grogol, which is like this crazy bustling part of Jakarta. Seriously, if you haven’t been, you’re missing out. Grogol is wild! First off, I hit up Jl. Daan Mogot. It’s like the main artery of Grogol. Traffic? Ugh, don’t even get me started. I swear, I could’ve walked faster than the cars. I was like, “C’mon, people! Let’s move it!” But nope, just a sea of honking and fumes. So, I finally get to this mall, right? Mall Taman Anggrek. It’s huge! Like, I could get lost in there. I’m on a mission to find this cute dress for a client. She’s all about that Instagram life, you know? I’m thinking, “This dress better be worth the hassle.” I’m in the store, and guess what? They’re having a sale! I’m like, “Yasss!” But then, I see this lady. She’s literally grabbing everything off the racks. I mean, chill, lady! It’s not a free-for-all! I’m trying to be polite, but inside, I’m fuming. Like, “Do you even need all that?” After a mini showdown, I snag the dress. Phew! But then, I get a text. My client wants a different color. Ugh, seriously? I just fought a battle for this one! So, I’m off to Jl. S. Parman. It’s a bit quieter, but still packed. I pop into another store, and guess what? They don’t have it. I’m like, “Are you kidding me?” I’m about to lose it. But then, I see this cute little café. It’s called Kopi Kenangan. I’m like, “Okay, coffee break!” I grab a cup of their famous kopi, and wow, it’s like a hug in a mug. Instant mood booster! Feeling a bit better, I head back out. I’m walking down Jl. Grogol Selatan, and I see this street vendor selling the best fried tofu. I can’t resist! I grab some, and it’s like a flavor explosion in my mouth. I’m thinking, “Why can’t every day be like this?” But then, I get a call. My client is freaking out. She wants the dress NOW. I’m like, “Lady, I’m not a magician!” But I hustle back to the mall. I’m dodging people, weaving through traffic. It’s like an obstacle course! Finally, I get back, and she’s there, tapping her foot. I hand her the dress, and she’s like, “This isn’t the right shade!” I’m about to lose it. I’m thinking, “Girl, I just ran a marathon for you!” But I keep my cool. In the end, she loves it. Phew! I’m exhausted but happy. Grogol, you’ve been a wild ride today. From traffic jams to coffee breaks, you’ve got my heart racing. Can’t wait for the next adventure!
