Man, what a day! Kuningan really threw me for a loop. I woke up thinking it’d be just another chill day, but nah, the universe had other plans. First off, I hit the streets of Kuningan around 8 AM. You know, the usual hustle on Jl. Kuningan Raya. Traffic was a nightmare! Like, come on, people! It’s not a race! I swear, I saw a dude on a motorbike weaving through cars like he was in a Fast & Furious movie. I was like, “Bro, chill! You’re not Vin Diesel!” So, I finally made it to my first meeting at this café on Jl. Rasuna Said. Cute little spot, but the barista was super slow. I mean, I get it, coffee is an art, but I was about to lose it. I ordered a cappuccino, and it took forever. I was ready to just grab a cup and make it myself. Then, boom! My phone buzzes. It’s my buddy, asking if I wanna join him at the Kuningan City Mall later. I’m like, “Sure, why not?” I mean, who doesn’t love a good mall trip? But first, I had to survive this meeting. After the meeting, I decided to stroll down Jl. Setiabudi. The vibe was nice, but then I saw this street vendor selling some crazy snacks. I couldn’t resist! I got some kerupuk and this spicy sambal. OMG, my mouth was on fire! But it was so good! I was happy, but also regretting my life choices. Next, I headed to the mall. Kuningan City is huge! I got lost like three times. I swear, I need a map or something. Finally found my buddy at the food court. We grabbed some food, and I was just about to dig in when I realized I had ketchup all over my shirt. Classic me, right? We laughed it off, but then my buddy dropped his drink all over the table. It was like a scene from a comedy movie. We were both just sitting there, covered in food and drinks, laughing like idiots. But then, outta nowhere, I got a call from my boss. He was like, “We need to talk about your report.” I was like, “Dude, I’m in the middle of Kuningan City, can’t this wait?” But nooo, he had to have it right then. Ugh! After that, I needed a breather. So, I went outside to Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio. The air was fresh, and I just stood there for a moment, taking it all in. Kuningan is beautiful, man. The buildings, the people, the energy. It’s chaotic but in a good way. Then, I spotted this street performer. He was playing the guitar and singing some old Indonesian songs. I just stood there, vibing. It was one of those moments where you forget all your worries. I even joined in, singing off-key. But then, my phone buzzed again. It was my mom. She was like, “Have you eaten?!” I was like, “Mom, I’m 30! I can feed myself!” But you know how moms are. Finally, I wrapped up my day. I was exhausted but happy. Kuningan had thrown me around like a rag doll, but I loved every minute of it. I mean, who knew a day could be so wild? So yeah, that was my day in Kuningan. Full of ups and downs, food spills, and unexpected calls. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
