Man, what a day! I swear, Pandak (id) is wild. Like, I woke up thinking it’d be chill, but nah, not in this city. First off, I’m in my little webcam biz, right? Just trying to make a living, you know? But Pandak has other plans.
So, I’m cruising down Jl. Raya Pandak, and boom! Traffic jam. Like, seriously? It’s 8 AM! I’m late for a meeting with my crew. I’m sittin’ there, fuming. I mean, who decided to put a market right in the middle of the road? I can see the vendors selling their fried tofu and all, but c’mon! Priorities, people!
Finally, I get to the meeting spot, which is this cute little café on Jl. Suka Maju. I’m all hyped up for some coffee, but guess what? They’re outta my fave drink. Ugh! I settle for some weird herbal tea. Not the same vibe, man. I’m trying to focus, but my mind’s like, “Where’s the caffeine?”
Then, my buddy Rudi shows up late. Classic Rudi. He’s all like, “Sorry, bro! Got caught up in traffic.” I’m like, “Dude, we’re in Pandak! It’s always traffic!” We laugh it off, but I’m still annoyed.
We finally get to the business talk. Turns out, we’re planning a big event. Like, huge! Gonna bring in some top models, and I’m stoked. But then, Rudi drops a bomb. “We need to find a new venue.” WHAT?! I’m like, “Dude, we just found this awesome spot near Jl. Cinta!” But he’s all worried about space.
So, we hit the streets again. I’m sweating bullets. It’s hot as heck! We drive past the river, and I see kids playing. Makes me smile, you know? But then, I see this guy trying to fish. He’s got a net, but he’s just splashing water everywhere. I can’t help but laugh. Like, bro, you’re not gonna catch anything like that!
We finally find a venue on Jl. Merdeka. It’s perfect! Big stage, lots of space. I’m feeling pumped! But then, the owner is like, “You gotta pay upfront.” My heart sinks. I’m like, “Dude, we just got here!” But he’s not budging. I’m ready to throw a tantrum.
After that, I need a break. I hit up this food stall on Jl. Kebon. Best satay ever! I’m munching away, and life feels good again. But then, I see a rat scurry by. I’m like, “Nope, not today!” I’m outta there faster than you can say “Pandak.”
Later, I’m back at my place, just trying to chill. But my internet’s acting up. Seriously? I run a webcam biz! I’m yelling at my router like it’s a person. “C’mon, work with me!” I’m about to lose it.
Finally, I get it sorted. I sit down, and I’m like, “What a day.” Pandak, you crazy! But I love it. It’s chaotic, it’s loud, but it’s home. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Just gotta roll with the punches, right?
