OMG, what a day! So, I woke up in Purbalingga, right? The sun was blazin’ and I was like, “Ugh, not again!” But hey, babysitting pays the bills, so off I went. First stop, Jalan Jendral Sudirman. Traffic was a mess! Like, seriously, who taught these drivers how to drive? I almost lost my mind. I mean, come on, it’s not a race! But I finally made it to the house. The kids were already bouncing off the walls. I swear, they had more energy than a bunch of caffeinated squirrels. We started with some games. I thought, “Let’s play hide and seek!” Big mistake. I lost one of them for like 10 minutes. I was freakin’ out! I searched everywhere—behind the curtains, under the table, even in the fridge! (Don’t ask why I checked the fridge, lol.) Finally found him in the closet, chillin’ like a boss. I was like, “Dude, you scared me!” He just laughed. Kids, man. Then we headed out to the park on Jalan Raya Purbalingga. It was packed! Families everywhere, kids screaming, and the smell of fried snacks wafting through the air. I was like, “Yasss, let’s get some gorengan!” So, I bought a bunch of fried bananas and tofu. So good! But then, one of the kids decided to throw a tantrum. Like, why? I just wanted to enjoy my snack! After that, we hit the swings. I was pushing them, and they were like, “Higher! Higher!” I was like, “Dude, I’m not a rocket launcher!” But I pushed them anyway. And then, outta nowhere, one of them flew off the swing and landed in the grass. I thought I was gonna have a heart attack! But he just got up, laughed, and said, “Do it again!” Kids are wild, I swear. Then, we went to the mini market on Jalan Diponegoro. I needed some drinks. I grabbed some Teh Botol, my fave! But the kids wanted candy. I was like, “Fine, but just one!” You know how that goes. They ended up with a whole bag. I was like, “I’m gonna regret this later.” On the way back, we passed by the Purbalingga Square. There was a festival going on! Music, food, and people dancing. I was like, “We gotta check this out!” So, we joined the crowd. The kids were dancing like they were in a music video. I was just trying to keep up. But then, I saw a clown. And I’m not talking about a cute clown. This dude was creepy! I was like, “Nope, not today!” But the kids ran up to him. I was like, “Guys, come back!” But they were having the time of their lives. I was just standing there, sweating and panicking. Finally, we made it back home. I was exhausted! The kids were still hyped up. I was like, “How do you guys have so much energy?” They just giggled. I made them some dinner, and they actually ate it! Miracle of the day, right? As I was leaving, I thought about how crazy the day was. Purbalingga is wild, but I love it. The streets, the people, the food—everything! Even the tantrums and the creepy clowns. It’s all part of the adventure. So yeah, that was my day. Full of surprises, laughter, and a bit of chaos. Can’t wait to do it all over again!
