Man, what a day! Ransiki, you wild beast! I woke up thinking it’d be chill. Nope. Not even close. First off, I hit the streets of Jl. Raya Ransiki. The sun was blazing, like it was auditioning for a role in a summer blockbuster. I’m sweating like a popsicle in a sauna. Ugh! Grabbed my coffee from that tiny café on Jl. Pahlawan. You know the one? The barista, bless her heart, was having a meltdown. She spilled half my drink. I was like, “Girl, it’s just coffee, not a crime scene!” But she was all flustered. I felt bad, but c’mon! So, I’m walking down Jl. Merdeka, right? And I see this street performer. Dude’s playing the guitar like he’s the reincarnation of Jimi Hendrix. I stop, totally vibing. Then, outta nowhere, this kid runs by and knocks over his guitar case. I’m like, “Noooo!” But the guy just laughs it off. I’m thinking, “Man, I need that kind of chill in my life.” Then, I get a call from my boss. Ugh, the dreaded call. He’s like, “We need to talk about the campaign.” I’m like, “Dude, I’m in Ransiki, living my best life!” But he’s all serious. I’m trying to focus, but there’s this street vendor selling the best fried bananas ever. I’m torn! Work or food? Spoiler: I chose food. After that, I head to Jl. Soekarno-Hatta. The traffic is insane! I’m stuck behind this ancient bus that looks like it’s been through a war. I’m yelling at the driver in my head, “C’mon, man! Let’s move it!” But he’s just chilling, probably listening to some old-school tunes. I’m losing my mind. Finally, I get to the meeting. Everyone’s there, looking all serious. I’m trying to keep it together, but I’m still thinking about those fried bananas. I pitch my ideas, and they’re all nodding. I’m feeling like a rockstar! Then, someone suggests we change everything. I’m like, “Are you kidding me?!” My heart sinks. After the meeting, I storm out. I need air. I hit up Jl. Diponegoro, where the sunset is just stunning. I’m standing there, feeling all the feels. Ransiki is beautiful, man. The colors are wild. I snap a pic for the ‘gram. Gotta show off, right? Then, I bump into an old friend. We start reminiscing about high school. Laughing, crying, the whole shebang. It’s like a movie scene. We decide to grab dinner at that little place on Jl. Siliwangi. The food is bomb! I’m talking spicy, savory goodness. But then, the power goes out. Classic Ransiki! We’re sitting in the dark, laughing like maniacs. I’m like, “This is the best worst dinner ever!” We end up telling ghost stories. I’m getting all dramatic, waving my hands around. Finally, I head home, exhausted but happy. Ransiki, you crazy city, you’ve got my heart. I’m ready for whatever tomorrow throws at me. Bring it on!
