Man, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I woke up in Seririt, right? The sun was blazing, and I was like, “Ugh, not again.” But hey, it’s Seririt, the heart of East Java, so I gotta roll with it. First thing, I hit up Jl. Raya Seririt for some breakfast. You know, the usual – nasi goreng and a kopi tubruk. That stuff hits different, man. I swear, I could live off that. But then, outta nowhere, this stray dog decides to join me. Like, bro, I’m trying to eat here! But he’s all cute and stuff, so I end up sharing my food. I mean, who can resist those puppy eyes, right? After that, I had to run to the studio. I’m a music editor, so I’m always in a rush. I took Jl. Raya Cempaka, and lemme tell ya, traffic was a nightmare. I was stuck behind this old truck that was moving slower than molasses. I was like, “C’mon, man! I got beats to drop!” Finally, I made it to the studio. But guess what? My computer crashed. Yup, just my luck. I was ready to throw it out the window. I mean, I had this sick remix of a dang dangdut song that I was hyped about. But nooo, technology hates me. I spent an hour trying to fix it. I was sweating bullets, cursing like a sailor. Then, outta nowhere, my buddy Rudi shows up. He’s always got the best snacks. He brought some keripik tempeh, and I was like, “Dude, you’re a lifesaver!” We munched on those while I tried to salvage my project. Rudi’s got this knack for making everything better. But then, the power went out. Classic Seririt, right? I mean, it’s like the universe is testing me. I was ready to scream. But Rudi just laughed and said, “Let’s go outside!” So we did. We hit up the local market on Jl. Raya Seririt again. It was buzzing with life. People were haggling, kids were running around, and the smell of street food was insane. I bought some pisang goreng, and wow, it was heavenly. I was in a better mood, for sure. We sat by the market, just chilling, and I started to think about how crazy life is. One minute you’re stressed, and the next, you’re just enjoying fried bananas. Then, out of nowhere, this street performer starts playing a guitar. He was good! Like, really good. I couldn’t help but vibe with him. I even recorded a bit on my phone. I thought, “This is what it’s all about.” Music, food, and good company. But then, my phone buzzed. It was my boss. He was like, “Where’s that remix?” I was like, “Dude, chill! Power outage!” I could feel my blood boiling. But I just took a deep breath. I mean, it’s not the end of the world, right? After that, we headed back to the studio. The power was back on, thank goodness. I finally got my remix done. It was fire! I was so pumped. I sent it off, and my boss actually loved it. I was like, “Yesss!” So, I wrapped up my day feeling like a champ. I walked home through Jl. Raya Seririt, the sun setting behind me. The sky was all orange and pink, and I thought, “Man, Seririt is beautiful.” I got home, exhausted but happy. I plopped on my bed, thinking about how wild the day was. From stray dogs to power outages, it was a rollercoaster. But that’s life, right? Full of surprises. And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
