Man, what a day! Seriously, Sumedang is wild. I woke up thinking it’d be chill. Nope! Not even close. First off, I hit the streets of Jl. Raya Sumedang. It was like a scene from a movie. Cars honking, people everywhere. I mean, c’mon, can’t a guy just walk? So, I’m strolling, right? And I see this food stall. Nasi goreng, my fave! I’m like, “Yesss!” But then, the guy behind the counter? Total grump. I order, and he just stares at me. Like, dude, I’m not asking for a kidney! Just some fried rice! Finally, he gives me this plate, and it’s HUGE. I’m talking, I could feed a small village. I’m happy, but also like, “What am I supposed to do with all this?” After that, I head to Alun-Alun Sumedang. Beautiful spot, right? But it’s packed! Kids running around, couples taking selfies. I’m just trying to find a bench. I finally sit down, and this kid runs by, spills his drink all over me. I’m soaked! I’m like, “Great, just what I needed.” But then, I see the kid’s face. He’s so sorry, I can’t even be mad. I just laugh it off. Then, I decide to check out the local market on Jl. Cimanuk. Wow, the colors! Fruits, veggies, spices everywhere. I’m in heaven. But then, I see this guy trying to haggle. He’s like, “I’ll give you 5,000 for that!” The seller just laughs. I’m thinking, “Bro, you’re not getting a discount on that!” It’s like watching a comedy show. But then, I get a bit annoyed. Some dude bumps into me. No “sorry” or anything. Just keeps walking. I’m like, “Dude, we’re not in a race!” I swear, some people have zero manners. Later, I’m walking down Jl. Pahlawan, and I spot this little café. Coffee time! I order a cappuccino, and it’s perfect. I take a sip, and it’s like magic. I’m feeling good again. But then, I overhear this couple arguing. Like, come on, guys! Not in public! I’m just trying to enjoy my coffee. As the sun sets, I head to Bukit Cinta. The view is insane! I mean, you can see the whole city. I’m standing there, feeling all philosophical. “Life is good,” I think. But then, I trip over a rock. Classic me, right? I laugh it off. Finally, I wrap up my day at a local warung. I’m exhausted but happy. I think about all the craziness. Sumedang is a rollercoaster, man. Full of surprises, laughter, and a bit of chaos. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. So yeah, that was my day. Full of ups and downs, but that’s life, right? Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
