Man, what a day! I swear, Tarub really knows how to throw a curveball. So, I woke up late, as usual. Alarm? Nah, it’s just a suggestion, right? Rushed outta bed, threw on whatever I could find. You know the drill. First stop, the office on Jl. Raya Tarub. Traffic was a nightmare! Like, seriously, who decided to put a roundabout at that intersection? I mean, c’mon! I was stuck behind this ancient motorbike that was coughing like it was about to die. I thought I’d never get to work. Finally made it, and guess what? The printer decided to go on strike. Classic! I had a million reports to print for the meeting. I’m standing there, pressing buttons like a madman. Nothing. Just a sad little error message. Ugh! I could feel my blood boiling. Then, my boss, Mr. Suharto, walks in. He’s all smiles, like he didn’t just see me wrestling with the printer. He’s like, “Hey, how’s it going?” I wanted to say, “Oh, just peachy! Living the dream!” But I just smiled and nodded. After that, I had to run to the market on Jl. Diponegoro. Needed snacks for the team. You know, keep the morale up. But the market was packed! I mean, who knew Tarub had so many people? I was dodging folks left and right, trying to grab some pisang goreng. Those things are life! But then, I saw this street vendor selling these crazy-looking drinks. I had to try one. It was like a rainbow explosion in a cup. I took a sip, and wow! It was like a party in my mouth. Totally worth the chaos. Back at the office, I finally got the reports printed. But then, the power went out! Seriously? In the middle of the day? I thought I was in some horror movie. Everyone was freaking out. I mean, how do you work in the dark? So, I grabbed my phone, turned on the flashlight, and started making jokes. “Welcome to the Tarub Escape Room! Can you find the light switch?” Everyone laughed, and it kinda lightened the mood. Then, just when I thought it couldn’t get crazier, my coworker, Rina, bursts in with this wild story. Apparently, she saw a monkey stealing a snack from a tourist at the park near Jl. Merdeka. I mean, who knew Tarub had monkeys? I was dying laughing. By the end of the day, I was exhausted but happy. I mean, yeah, it was a rollercoaster, but that’s Tarub for ya. Full of surprises, chaos, and a bit of magic. I love this city, even when it drives me nuts. So, I headed home, thinking about all the craziness. Tarub, you wild! Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.
