Man, what a day! I swear, Tulungagung really knows how to throw a curveball. So, I wake up, right? Sun’s blazin’, birds chirpin’, and I’m like, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Ha! Spoiler alert: it was NOT chill. First off, I hit the streets. I’m cruisin’ down Jl. Pahlawan, thinkin’ about grabbin’ some breakfast. You know, the usual nasi pecel or maybe some soto? But nah, I get sidetracked by this street vendor. Dude’s sellin’ these crazy good fried bananas. I mean, who can resist that? Not me! I grab a bunch, and they’re so good, I almost forget I’m a huntsman. Almost. Then, I’m walkin’ towards the market on Jl. Diponegoro, right? And outta nowhere, this stray dog starts followin’ me. I’m like, “Bro, I’m not your owner!” But he’s persistent. I name him “Bubba.” Bubba’s got this goofy look, and I can’t help but laugh. We’re like a duo now, me and my new sidekick. But then, things get wild. I’m at the market, and I see this commotion. Turns out, some guy’s tryin’ to sell fake souvenirs. Like, who does that? I’m fuming! I mean, Tulungagung’s got its charm, and this dude’s messin’ with it. I confront him, and he just shrugs. I’m like, “Dude, you’re ruining the vibe!” But he just laughs. Ugh, people! After that, I need a breather. So, I head to the beach at Pantai Sanggar. Man, the waves are crashin’, and it’s beautiful. I sit there, watchin’ the sunset, and for a moment, everything’s perfect. But then, I see some kids throwin’ trash. Seriously? I’m like, “C’mon, guys! This is our home!” I pick up some trash, feelin’ like a superhero or somethin’. Then, I get a call. It’s my buddy, Rudi. He’s like, “Yo, meet me at Jl. Merdeka!” I’m thinkin’, “Great, more chaos!” But I go anyway. Rudi’s got this wild idea to go huntin’ in the hills. I’m like, “Dude, it’s dark!” But he’s all pumped. So, we grab some flashlights and head out. The hills are crazy. We’re trippin’ over roots, laughin’ like idiots. But then, we hear this noise. My heart’s racin’. I’m thinkin’, “Is it a wild boar? A ghost?” Turns out, it’s just a bunch of monkeys. I’m relieved but also kinda annoyed. Like, really? Monkeys? We finally get to this spot, and it’s quiet. Too quiet. I’m feelin’ all hunter-like, but then I hear Rudi whisper, “Dude, look!” There’s this beautiful deer. I’m like, “Wow, nature!” But then, I remember I’m supposed to be a huntsman. I can’t just admire it. But I can’t bring myself to do it. I just watch it, and it’s magical. After that, we head back, and I’m exhausted. I drop Bubba off at the market. He looks at me like, “You’re leavin’ me?” I feel bad, but I can’t take him home. I’m not ready for that commitment. Finally, I get home, and I’m just done. I flop on my bed, thinkin’ about the day. Tulungagung, man. It’s got its ups and downs, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I mean, where else can you have fried bananas, stray dog adventures, and a deer encounter all in one day? So yeah, that was my day. Crazy, right? I’m still buzzin’ from it all. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
