Man, what a day! Seriously, Judeida-Makr, you’ve got me all kinds of twisted. So, I wake up, right? Sun’s blazin’ through my window on Haifa Street. I’m like, “Great, another day in paradise.” But nah, it was more like a rollercoaster ride through a funhouse. First off, I’m tryin’ to get my coffee fix at that little café on the corner of Al-Mahajir Street. You know the one? The barista, bless her heart, spills my espresso all over the counter. I’m like, “Really? Is this how we start the day?” I mean, c’mon! I need my caffeine, not a coffee shower. Then, I’m hustlin’ down the street, dodging kids on bikes and old folks with their shopping carts. Judeida-Makr is alive, man! The sounds, the smells—like, you can smell the spices from the market on Al-Mahajir. It’s wild. I love it, but it’s chaos. So, I finally get to my webcam studio, right? And guess what? My computer crashes. Like, seriously? I just got this thing! I’m sittin’ there, fuming, thinking about how I’m gonna explain this to my clients. “Hey, sorry, my computer decided to take a nap.” Ugh! But then, outta nowhere, my buddy Amir shows up. He’s got this huge grin, and I’m like, “What’s up, dude?” He tells me he just got a new gig at the local radio station. I’m like, “No way! That’s awesome!” We high-five, and for a sec, I forget about my tech troubles. Then, I decide to take a break. I stroll down to the park near the old mosque. You know, the one on Al-Mahajir? It’s got this vibe, man. Kids are playin’, couples are chillin’, and I’m just sittin’ there, takin’ it all in. I see this old guy feeding pigeons, and I’m like, “Dude, you’re livin’ the dream.” But then, bam! A pigeon poops right next to me. I’m like, “Really? Is this a sign?” I laugh it off, but inside, I’m like, “C’mon, universe, cut me some slack!” After that, I head back to the studio, and guess what? My computer magically works again. I’m like, “What the heck? Did it just need a break too?” I jump on a call with a client, and it goes super well. They love my ideas! I’m feelin’ like a rockstar. But then, my phone buzzes. It’s my mom. She’s like, “You need to come over for dinner.” I’m like, “Mom, I’m busy!” But you know how it is. You can’t say no to mom. So, I pack up and head over to her place on Al-Mahajir. Dinner’s a feast, as usual. She’s got this killer chicken dish, and I’m just shoveling it in. We’re laughing, and I’m telling her about my day. She’s like, “You need to chill, son.” I’m like, “Mom, you don’t even know!” By the time I leave, I’m stuffed and happy. I walk back home, and the streets are lit up. Judeida-Makr at night is something else. The lights, the sounds, the people—it’s electric. I’m thinkin’ about how crazy today was. So, yeah, that was my day. Full of ups and downs, but that’s life, right? Judeida-Makr, you keep me on my toes. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
