Man, what a day! I swear, being a swineherd in Ramat-Gan is like a rollercoaster. So, I wake up, right? Sun’s blazin’ through my window on Jabotinsky St. I’m like, “Great, another day of herding pigs.” But today? Oh boy, it was anything but normal. First off, I head to the market on Bialik St. to grab some grub. You know, the usual – fresh veggies, maybe a pastry or two. I’m walking past this café, and I smell the best coffee ever. Like, I could’ve sworn it was calling my name. But nah, I gotta stick to my budget. Pigs don’t feed themselves, ya know? So, I’m at the market, and I see this dude trying to haggle over a watermelon. Like, c’mon man, it’s a watermelon, not a diamond! I’m just standing there, shaking my head. People are wild. I mean, who haggles that hard? After that, I head to the park near the Ramat-Gan National Park. It’s a nice spot, but today? Ugh. I’m chillin’ with my pigs, and this kid runs by, trippin’ over his own feet. He falls right into my pig pen! I’m like, “Dude, watch it!” But he just laughs and starts petting my pigs. I mean, they’re cute and all, but c’mon! Then, outta nowhere, this old lady comes up to me. She’s like, “You know, pigs are smarter than you think.” I’m like, “Yeah, lady, I know. I talk to them all day.” She gives me this look like I’m the crazy one. I mean, who doesn’t talk to their pigs? Later, I’m walking down Rothschild St., and I see this street performer. He’s playing the accordion, and it’s actually kinda nice. I stop to listen, and suddenly, I’m in a good mood. I throw him a few shekels, and he gives me a nod. It’s the little things, ya know? But then, bam! My phone buzzes. It’s my buddy, Yossi. He’s like, “Dude, you gotta come to the mall!” I’m like, “What? Why?” He says there’s a sale on pig feed. I’m thinking, “Only in Ramat-Gan would there be a sale on pig feed at the mall.” So, I rush over to the Azrieli Mall. When I get there, it’s packed. I mean, who knew pig feed could cause such a ruckus? I’m dodging people left and right, trying to find the feed store. Finally, I get there, and guess what? They’re out of stock! I’m like, “Are you kidding me?” So, I’m fuming, right? I step outside, and there’s this food truck. It’s serving shawarma, and I can’t resist. I order one, and it’s the best decision ever. I’m munching away, and suddenly, I forget all about the pig feed. Life’s too short for bad food, am I right? As I’m walking back home, I pass by the Ramat-Gan Stadium. There’s a game going on, and the crowd is wild. I stop to watch for a bit. The energy is insane! I’m cheering with strangers, feeling like part of something bigger. It’s moments like these that make me love this city. Finally, I get home, and my pigs are waiting for me. They’re all snuggled up, and I can’t help but smile. I tell them about my day, and they just look at me like, “Dude, we don’t care. Feed us!” So yeah, that was my day in Ramat-Gan. Full of ups and downs, but hey, that’s life, right? Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
