OMG, what a day! So, I’m a stylist, right? And today in Adro was just... wow. Like, I woke up thinking it’d be chill. Spoiler alert: it was NOT. First off, I hit the streets of Adro, which is this cute lil’ town in Lombardy, Italy. You know, the kind of place where everyone knows everyone? Yeah, that vibe. I was strutting down Via Roma, feeling fab, when I spotted this old lady. She was like, “Hey, you with the hair!” I was like, “Me?!” Turns out, she wanted tips on her grandson’s wedding outfit. I mean, who doesn’t want a stylish grandma on their side, right? But then, I got a call. My client, the one who’s always late, was stuck in traffic on Via Garibaldi. Ugh! I mean, c’mon! It’s a Saturday! Who’s driving that slow? I was ready to pull my hair out. Like, seriously, I could’ve styled a whole new look with the amount of stress I was feeling. Finally, she shows up, and I’m like, “Girl, you’re lucky I love you.” We dive into the fitting, and she’s like, “I want something bold!” I’m thinking, “Bold? Like, neon pink bold?” But hey, I’m here for it. So, we go for this killer outfit. I mean, it was fire! Then, outta nowhere, my phone buzzes. It’s my buddy Marco. He’s at the bar on Via Mazzini, and he’s like, “You gotta come! We’re having a party!” I’m like, “Dude, I’m working!” But then I think, “Why not? Life’s too short!” So, I wrap up the fitting, and off I go. I get to the bar, and it’s packed! Everyone’s laughing, drinks are flowing, and I’m just vibing. But then, I see this guy. He’s wearing the most ridiculous outfit. Like, who told him that plaid and polka dots were a thing? I couldn’t help but laugh. I mean, fashion is subjective, but c’mon! So, I’m chatting with my friends, and suddenly, the lights go out. Total blackout! I’m like, “What the heck?!” Everyone’s freaking out, but I’m just standing there, thinking, “This is gonna make a great story.” After a few minutes, the lights flicker back on, and guess what? The guy in the crazy outfit is now the center of attention. He’s doing this weird dance, and everyone’s cheering. I’m dying! Like, who knew Adro had such hidden talent? Then, I get a text from my grandma. She’s like, “Did you eat today?” I’m like, “Grandma, I’m in a party!” But honestly, I hadn’t eaten since breakfast. So, I grab a slice of pizza from this food truck outside. Best decision ever! As the night goes on, I’m feeling all the feels. Happy, surprised, a lil’ bit angry at the traffic, but mostly just grateful. Adro, with its cobblestone streets and cozy vibe, has this way of making you feel alive. By the time I head home, I’m exhausted but happy. I mean, who knew a day could go from stressful fittings to wild parties? Adro, you’ve got my heart. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
