Man, what a day! I swear, Bazzano is wild. I mean, I thought I was ready for anything, but today? Pffft, it threw me for a loop. So, I wake up, right? Sun’s shining, birds chirping, all that jazz. I’m a stuntman, so I’m used to crazy stuff. But Bazzano? It’s a whole different level. I grab my coffee from that little café on Via Roma. You know the one? The barista, Marco, always gives me a wink. I think he’s got a crush or something. Anyway, I’m chugging my espresso, feeling pumped for the day. First gig of the day was at the old castle, Castello di Bazzano. It’s this ancient place, super cool, but man, the stairs are killer. I’m climbing up, and I’m like, “Why do I do this to myself?” But then I see the view. Wow. The hills, the vineyards, the whole shebang. Totally worth it. But then, bam! My phone buzzes. It’s my buddy, Luca. He’s like, “Dude, you gotta get to Via Garibaldi. NOW.” I’m thinking, “What’s the rush?” Turns out, there’s this street performer who’s gone rogue. He’s juggling fire and, of course, he drops a flaming torch. Chaos ensues! People are screaming, running, and I’m just standing there like, “What the heck?” I rush over, and there’s this lady, totally freaking out. She’s yelling, “My hair! My hair!” I look, and her hair is literally on fire. I mean, come on! So, I do what any sane person would do. I grab a nearby fountain’s water and douse her head. She’s like, “What are you doing?” I’m like, “Saving your life, lady!” After that, I’m feeling like a hero, right? But then, I trip over a cobblestone on Via Mazzini. Classic. I’m sprawled out, and this old man walks by, chuckling. I’m like, “Thanks for the support, dude!” He just shrugs and keeps walking. Rude! Next, I head to the market at Piazza della Libertà. It’s buzzing with life. Fresh fruits, veggies, and the smell of pastries. I’m starving, so I grab a slice of pizza from that stand. Best pizza ever! I’m munching away, and this kid runs by, knocks my slice right outta my hand. I’m like, “Noooo!” But the kid just laughs and keeps running. I’m left there, pizza-less and sad. Then, I get a call from my boss. He’s like, “We need you for a stunt in the old quarry.” I’m thinking, “Great, just what I need.” So, I head over to the quarry, which is just outside Bazzano. It’s this massive hole in the ground, and I’m supposed to jump off a ledge into a pile of hay. Sounds easy, right? I climb up, heart racing. I look down, and I’m like, “What was I thinking?” But I jump anyway. And guess what? I land perfectly! I’m feeling like a rockstar. But then, I hear a crack. The hay wasn’t as soft as I thought. I roll over, and my ankle is screaming. I’m limping back to town, and I can’t help but laugh. What a day! Bazzano, you’ve got my heart racing. I’m angry, happy, and surprised all at once. I finally make it back to Via Roma, and Marco sees me limping. He’s like, “What happened?” I just shake my head and say, “You wouldn’t believe it if I told you.” So, yeah, that was my day in Bazzano. Full of craziness, laughter, and a bit of pain. But hey, that’s life, right? Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
