Man, what a day! I’m tellin’ ya, being a shepherd in Borgoricco-San-Michele-delle-Badesse-Sant-Eufemia ain’t for the faint-hearted. Woke up early, like, way too early. The sun was barely peeking over the hills, and I was already out there, ready to wrangle my sheep. So, I’m strollin’ down Via Roma, right? Just me and my thoughts. The air’s fresh, and I’m thinkin’ about how peaceful it is. But then, bam! A car zooms by, honkin’ like a madman. I’m like, “Dude, chill! It’s not a racetrack!” Seriously, who needs to drive that fast in a small town? Anyway, I get to the fields near the church of Sant’Eufemia. Beautiful spot, man. The grass is green, the sky’s blue, and my sheep are munchin’ away. But then, outta nowhere, a couple of goats decide to crash the party. Like, what are you guys doin’ here? This ain’t a goat convention! I’m tryin’ to keep my sheep in line, and these goats are just like, “Nah, we’re here for the buffet.” I’m chasin’ those little troublemakers down Via San Michele. I swear, they’re faster than they look! I’m yellin’, “Get back here!” while my sheep are just watchin’ me like I’m the main event. It’s like a comedy show, but I’m not laughin’. Finally, I manage to herd the goats back out. Phew! But then, I spot my buddy Marco at the café on Via Badesse. He’s sippin’ espresso, lookin’ all relaxed. I’m like, “Dude, you won’t believe the day I’m havin’!” He just laughs and says, “Welcome to Borgoricco!” So, I grab a quick coffee. Best decision ever. I’m feelin’ a bit better, but then I remember I left my sheep near the church. Panic mode activated! I rush back, and guess what? They’re all chillin’ like they own the place. I’m like, “Seriously, guys? You can’t just hang out here!” After that, I decide to take a break. I sit on a bench near the park, just watchin’ the world go by. Kids are playin’, old folks are gossipin’, and I’m just there, thinkin’ about life. It’s a good vibe, ya know? But then, I see a dog runnin’ around, and I’m like, “Oh no, not again!” This dog starts chasin’ my sheep! I’m up in a flash, runnin’ after it. I’m yellin’, “Get away from my flock!” People are lookin’ at me like I’m crazy. But hey, a shepherd’s gotta do what a shepherd’s gotta do! Finally, I catch the dog and return it to its owner. The guy’s all apologetic, and I’m like, “Just keep your dog on a leash, man!” I’m exhausted, but I can’t help but laugh. This day is wild! As the sun sets, I head back home, thinkin’ about all the craziness. Borgoricco-San-Michele-delle-Badesse-Sant-Eufemia is a small town, but it’s full of surprises. I love it here, even with all the chaos. So, yeah, that was my day. Just another day in the life of a shepherd. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
