Man, what a day! I’m tellin’ ya, being a bouncer in Canzo is like riding a rollercoaster blindfolded. One minute you’re chillin’, the next you’re dodging flying drinks. So, let’s rewind to this morning. I wake up in my tiny apartment on Via Roma, right? The sun’s blaring through my window like it’s tryin’ to roast me alive. I’m like, “Dude, chill!” But nah, Canzo’s got its own vibe. I grab a quick espresso from that little café on the corner of Via Garibaldi. Best coffee in town, no cap. I’m buzzin’ and ready to tackle whatever the night throws at me. Fast forward to the club. It’s packed, like sardines in a can. I’m at the door, checkin’ IDs, and this dude tries to sneak in. I’m like, “Bro, you think I don’t see you?” He’s all, “C’mon, man, just one drink!” Nah, fam, not today. I’m not gettin’ fired over your bad decisions. Then, outta nowhere, this girl starts screamin’. Turns out, her ex is in the club. Classic Canzo drama, right? I’m just tryin’ to keep the peace, but it’s like trying to hold back a tidal wave. I’m like, “Yo, chill! We’re in Canzo, not a soap opera!” But she’s not havin’ it. I had to step in, and let me tell ya, I’ve never seen someone throw a drink like that. It was like a scene from a movie. After that, I take a breather outside on Via Cavour. The air’s fresh, and I’m thinkin’ about how Canzo’s got this weird charm. The mountains in the background, the old buildings, it’s all kinda beautiful. But then, I hear this loud music blaring from a nearby bar. I’m like, “Seriously? It’s 2 AM, not a concert!” So, I head back inside, and guess what? The DJ drops this sick beat, and suddenly everyone’s vibin’. I’m talkin’ full-on dance party. I can’t help but smile. It’s moments like this that make the job worth it. People are laughin’, dancin’, and just livin’ their best lives. But then, bam! A fight breaks out. Two guys, both thinkin’ they’re the king of Canzo. I rush over, and it’s like a scene from a bad action movie. I’m pushin’ one dude back, while the other’s tryin’ to throw punches. I’m like, “Guys, chill! We’re in Canzo, not the Coliseum!” Finally, I get ‘em separated. They’re huffin’ and puffin’, but I’m just over here like, “You know what? You both owe me a drink for this nonsense.” As the night winds down, I’m exhausted but happy. I step outside again, and the streets are quiet. Canzo’s a different place at night. The lights are twinklin’, and it feels magical. I think about how crazy the day was. From drama to dance-offs, it’s all part of the gig. I head home, my feet killin’ me, but I can’t help but laugh. This city, man. It’s wild, it’s beautiful, and it’s home. Canzo, you never cease to amaze me. Can’t wait to do it all again tomorrow!
