OMG, what a day! So, I’m a babysitter, right? And today was just... wow. I mean, Casorezzo, you never cease to amaze me. First off, I get to the family’s place on Via Roma. Super cute street, but like, why is it always so crowded? I swear, I almost tripped over a dog. Like, chill, people! Anyway, I knock on the door, and the kids, Luca and Sofia, are already bouncing off the walls. I’m talking full-on sugar rush. Their parents just left for a dinner, and I’m like, “Great, let the chaos begin!” We start with some coloring. I’m trying to be all artsy, but Luca decides to color the cat. Like, dude, it’s a cat, not a rainbow unicorn! I’m laughing, but inside I’m like, “What are you doing, man?” Then Sofia, sweet little Sofia, spills juice all over the table. Ugh! Juice everywhere! I’m running for paper towels like I’m in a marathon. After the juice fiasco, we head outside. Casorezzo has this cute little park on Via Garibaldi. It’s got swings and slides, and I’m thinking, “Finally, some fresh air!” But nooo, Luca wants to climb the biggest tree. I’m like, “Dude, you’re gonna fall!” But he’s all, “I’m Spiderman!” And I’m just standing there, half-laughing, half-panicking. So, he climbs, and I’m sweating bullets. Then, outta nowhere, a cat jumps out from behind the bushes. I scream. Like, full-on scream. The kids think it’s the funniest thing ever. I’m just trying to keep my cool, but inside I’m like, “Why is this happening?” After the tree drama, we decide to grab some gelato. There’s this awesome gelateria on Via Mazzini. I get a scoop of pistachio, and OMG, it’s heavenly! But then, of course, Luca decides he wants to try mine. I’m like, “Bro, you have your own!” But he gives me those puppy eyes, and I’m like, “Fine, just a taste.” Then, we head back home, and I’m thinking, “Phew, almost done.” But nope! Sofia suddenly has a meltdown because she can’t find her favorite toy. I’m searching everywhere! Under the couch, in the kitchen, even in the bathroom. I’m losing my mind! Finally, I find it in the toy box. Like, seriously? By the time the parents come home, I’m exhausted. I’m sitting on the couch, looking like a hot mess. But the kids are all smiles, and I’m like, “Okay, maybe it wasn’t so bad.” They give me hugs, and I’m like, “Aww, you little monsters!” As I leave, I walk down Via Roma again, and I can’t help but smile. Casorezzo, you’re a wild ride. I love this place, even with all the craziness. Can’t wait for the next adventure!
