OMG, what a day! Like, seriously, I can’t even. So, I wake up in Castel-d-Azzano, right? The sun’s shining, birds are chirping, and I’m like, “Today’s gonna be lit!” Spoiler alert: it was NOT lit. First off, I’m a stylist, and I had this big appointment at a boutique on Via Roma. I’m all pumped, thinking I’m gonna slay some looks. But then, I spill coffee all over my fave shirt. Ugh! Like, why does this always happen? I’m running late, and I’m like, “Great, just great.” So, I dash outta my apartment on Via Cavour, and I’m practically sprinting. I mean, I’m dodging people like I’m in some kinda obstacle course. Castel-d-Azzano is usually chill, but today? Nah. Everyone’s out, and it’s like a parade of slow walkers. I’m like, “Move it, people!” Finally, I get to the boutique, and guess what? The client is late. I’m standing there, looking like a hot mess, and I’m just fuming. I mean, I could’ve slept in! But then, she walks in, and she’s like, “Sorry, traffic on Via Mazzini.” I’m like, “Girl, I just ran a marathon for you!” We start going through outfits, and she’s super picky. Like, “No, I don’t like that color.” “No, that’s too tight.” I’m thinking, “What do you want, a unicorn?” But then, she tries on this killer dress, and OMG, she looks fab! I’m like, “Yaaas, queen!” But then, outta nowhere, her phone rings. It’s her mom, and she’s like, “I can’t talk right now!” And I’m just standing there, awkwardly, like, “Do I just stare at the wall?” So, I start checking my phone, and I see a notification about a festival happening at Parco della Rimembranza. I’m like, “That sounds fun!” After the fitting, I’m feeling a bit better. I head to the park, and it’s packed! Food stalls, music, people dancing. I’m vibing, and I grab a slice of pizza. Best pizza ever, no cap. But then, I see this guy juggling fire. Like, what? Is this a circus or a festival? I’m low-key impressed but also like, “Dude, be careful!” Then, I bump into an old friend from high school. We start chatting, and I’m like, “Remember that time we got lost on Via San Giovanni?” And she’s like, “OMG, yes! We ended up in that weird alley!” We laugh, and it’s just a good vibe. But then, outta nowhere, it starts pouring. Like, seriously? I’m drenched in seconds. Everyone’s running for cover, and I’m just standing there, laughing. I mean, what else can you do? I’m soaked, but I’m also kinda loving it. So, I duck into this cute café on Via Garibaldi. I order a hot chocolate, and it’s like a hug in a mug. I sit by the window, watching the rain, and I’m just thinking about how crazy today has been. Finally, I head home, and I’m exhausted but happy. Castel-d-Azzano, you wild! I can’t wait to tell my friends about this day. It was a rollercoaster, but hey, that’s life, right?
