Wow, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I’m a Maiko, right? And today was just... ugh, intense. Like, I woke up in my little room on Via Roma, and the sun was shining. I thought, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. First off, I had to get my hair done. You know, the whole geisha look with the elaborate hairstyles? Yeah, that takes time. I’m sittin’ there at the salon on Via San Giovanni, and the stylist is like, “Hold still!” I’m like, “Dude, I’m trying to breathe here!” But whatever, I survived. Then, I hit the streets. Castello-di-Cisterna is so cute, but man, the traffic is nuts! I’m dodging scooters on Corso Umberto. Like, can’t a girl walk without almost getting run over? I swear, if one more person honks at me, I’m gonna lose it. So, I’m walking, right? And I see this little café on Via Giuseppe Garibaldi. I’m like, “Ooh, coffee time!” I order a cappuccino, and the barista spills it all over the counter. I’m like, “Really? Is this a joke?” But then he gives me a free pastry to make up for it. Sweet! I’m happy again. After that, I had to go to a tea ceremony at this fancy place near Piazza della Repubblica. It’s all about tradition and stuff, but honestly, I just wanted to eat the sweets. They’re so good! But then, I spill tea all over my kimono. Like, great, just great. I’m trying to look elegant, and I’m a walking mess. Then, I get a call from my friend, Mia. She’s like, “You won’t believe what happened!” I’m thinking, “Oh boy, here we go.” Turns out, she met a guy at the market on Via Roma, and he’s super cute. I’m like, “Girl, you better get his number!” But then she says he’s a tourist. Ugh, typical. Anyway, I’m feeling all the feels. Happy, annoyed, and a bit jealous. I mean, who doesn’t want a cute guy to notice them? But whatever, I’m a Maiko, I’ve got my own charm, right? Later, I’m heading back home, and I pass by the old castle ruins. They’re so beautiful, but kinda creepy at night. I’m thinking about all the history there. Like, what if ghosts are watching me? I laugh it off, but then I hear a noise. I jump! Turns out, it’s just a cat. Phew! Finally, I get home, and I’m exhausted. My feet hurt from all the walking. I flop onto my bed and think about the day. It was wild, emotional, and full of surprises. Castello-di-Cisterna, you never fail to keep me on my toes! So yeah, that was my day. Full of ups and downs, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
