Man, what a day! I woke up in Collegno, and I swear, I thought it was just gonna be another chill day. But nah, life had other plans. First off, I hit up Via Roma for my morning coffee. You know, the usual spot. The barista, Marco, he’s a legend. But today? He spilled my cappuccino all over the counter. Like, dude, really? I mean, I get it, we all have our off days, but c'mon! So, I’m standing there, half-awake, covered in froth, and I’m like, “Great start, right?” But then, I see this cute dog outside. A golden retriever, just chillin’. I’m like, “Aww, look at that fluffball!” Totally made my morning. I even snapped a pic for the ‘gram. #DogsofCollegno, you know? After that, I decided to stroll down Corso Francia. It’s a nice street, lots of shops and stuff. I’m just vibin’, listening to my tunes, when I hear this loud honking. I look up, and it’s this dude in a tiny car, like a clown car or something, trying to parallel park. He’s all over the place! I’m standing there, laughing my ass off. Like, bro, it’s not that hard! Then, I hit up the park, Parco della Certosa. It’s beautiful, man. Trees everywhere, people jogging, kids playing. I sit on a bench, just soaking it all in. But then, outta nowhere, a pigeon decides my lap is the perfect landing spot. I freak out! Like, dude, personal space! I shoo it away, and it just looks at me like, “What’s your problem?” So, I’m finally calming down, and I get a text from my buddy, Luca. He’s like, “Let’s meet at the pub on Via Cavour.” I’m like, “Sure, why not?” I head over, and the place is packed. Everyone’s laughing, drinking, having a good time. I grab a beer, and we start chatting about life, you know? But then, this guy at the next table spills his drink all over my shoes. I’m like, “Seriously?!” I mean, I just cleaned these! But instead of getting mad, I just laugh it off. It’s one of those days, right? As the night goes on, we decide to hit up a karaoke bar. I’m not a singer, but hey, when in Collegno, right? I get up there, and I’m belting out some old-school Italian song. I can’t carry a tune to save my life, but the crowd loves it! They’re cheering, and I’m feeling like a rockstar. But then, I see my ex across the room. Ugh, talk about a buzzkill. I try to ignore her, but she spots me and comes over. We end up having this awkward convo. Like, why do we always end up in these situations? Finally, I stumble out of the bar, feeling all kinds of emotions. Happy, annoyed, surprised. Collegno, man, it’s a wild ride. I walk home, taking in the night. The streets are quiet, and I can hear the distant sound of laughter. I think about the day. The spills, the laughs, the surprises. It’s all part of the charm of this city. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Even with the craziness, I love it here. Tomorrow’s a new day, and who knows what’ll happen next?
