Man, what a day! Seriously, La-Loggia is wild. I woke up thinking it’d be chill. Nope! Not even close. First off, I hit the streets of Via Roma. Beautiful, right? But the traffic? Ugh! Cars everywhere. I swear, I saw a guy in a tiny Fiat trying to squeeze through a gap that was, like, the size of a pizza box. Hilarious! But also, dude, just park it! So, I’m walking, trying to clear my head. You know, the usual. Then I pass by this café on Piazza della Libertà. The smell of fresh pastries hits me. I’m like, “Okay, I’ll grab a cornetto.” But guess what? They were out! Out! I mean, who runs out of cornetti at 10 AM? I was ready to throw a fit. But then, I see this little kid, maybe 5 years old, with chocolate all over his face. He’s grinning like he just won the lottery. I can’t help but laugh. Kids, man. They get it. So, I chill for a sec, watch him. Life’s too short to be mad about cornetti, right? Next, I head to my counseling session. I’m all about helping people, but today? Today was a rollercoaster. My first client, let’s call her Sara, walks in. She’s a mess. Crying, shaking, the whole deal. Turns out, her cat, Mr. Whiskers, went missing. I mean, I get it. Cats are family. But she’s sobbing like it’s the end of the world. I’m trying to be supportive, but inside, I’m like, “Girl, it’s a cat, not a kid!” Then, boom! My phone buzzes. It’s my buddy Marco. He’s at the bar on Via Garibaldi, saying they have a special on spritz. I’m like, “Dude, I’m working!” But then I think, “Why not?” So, I wrap up with Sara, give her some tips, and promise to help her look for Mr. Whiskers later. I rush over to the bar. It’s packed! Everyone’s laughing, music’s blasting. I grab a spritz, and it’s like magic. I’m feeling good. But then, I see this guy, totally wasted, trying to dance. He’s got two left feet, and it’s a disaster. I can’t stop laughing. Like, come on, man! After a few drinks, I’m feeling brave. I decide to hit the streets again. I stroll down Via Cavour, and it’s beautiful at night. The lights, the vibe, everything’s perfect. But then, I hear this loud crash. I turn around, and it’s a scooter that just toppled over. The rider? He’s fine, just embarrassed. I can’t help but chuckle. But then, I see something that makes my heart drop. A couple arguing on the corner of Via Mazzini. It’s intense. I mean, they’re yelling, and I’m just standing there, feeling awkward. I want to help, but what do I say? “Hey, chill out, it’s just La-Loggia!” Finally, I decide to head home. I’m exhausted. I walk past the old church on Piazza della Libertà again. It’s quiet now, and I feel a wave of calm wash over me. I think about my day. The ups, the downs, the crazy moments. La-Loggia, you’re a wild ride. But I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Just another day in this beautiful chaos. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
