Man, what a day! Seriously, I’m still reeling from it. So, I’m a car instructor, right? And today, I had the wildest ride in Lacchiarella. Yeah, that little gem of a town just south of Milan. You know, the one with the cute piazzas and all those narrow streets? First off, I’m cruising down Via Roma, and I’m already late for my first lesson. Typical! I’m thinking, “Great, just what I need.” I pull up to the meeting spot, and guess what? My student, Marco, is nowhere to be found. I’m like, “Dude, did you get lost in the labyrinth of Lacchiarella?” Finally, he shows up, all flustered. Turns out he took a wrong turn on Via Garibaldi. I mean, come on! It’s not that complicated! So, we hop in the car, and I’m trying to calm him down. But then, he’s like, “Can I drive?” I’m thinking, “Sure, let’s see how this goes.” We hit the road, and he’s already revving the engine like he’s in a Fast & Furious movie. I’m like, “Chill, Vin Diesel! We’re not racing!” But he floors it down Via Cavour, and I’m gripping the seat like it’s a rollercoaster. I swear, I almost lost my lunch. Then, outta nowhere, a cat darts across the street. I yell, “Watch out!” He slams the brakes, and we skid to a stop. I’m like, “Dude, you almost turned that cat into a pancake!” He’s laughing, but I’m not amused. I mean, I love cats, man! After that little heart attack, we head towards the park. You know, Parco della Resistenza? It’s a nice spot, but today it was packed. Families, kids, dogs everywhere. I’m thinking, “Great, just what we need.” But Marco’s like, “Let’s practice parallel parking!” So, we find a spot, and I’m trying to guide him. “Turn the wheel! No, the other way!” It’s chaos. He’s sweating bullets, and I’m just praying we don’t hit anything. Finally, he gets it, and I’m like, “Yes! You did it!” But then, he gets too excited and revs the engine again. I’m like, “Dude, chill! We’re not in a race!” After that, we decide to take a break. We grab some gelato at this little place on Via Mazzini. Best gelato ever! I’m talking pistachio that melts in your mouth. I’m feeling good, laughing about the earlier chaos. But then, I see a guy on a bike, and he’s wobbling like he’s had one too many. I’m like, “Is this Lacchiarella or a circus?” So, we finish our gelato, and I’m thinking, “Okay, let’s wrap this up.” But Marco’s like, “Can we drive to the church?” I’m like, “Sure, why not?” So, we head to Chiesa di San Giovanni Battista. It’s beautiful, but the parking? A nightmare! We finally find a spot, and I’m just relieved. But then, I see a couple arguing outside. I’m like, “Man, can’t you take it somewhere else?” It’s like a soap opera unfolding right in front of me. By the end of the day, I’m exhausted. I drop Marco off, and I’m thinking, “What a ride!” I mean, Lacchiarella is a small town, but today felt like a rollercoaster. I’m laughing, I’m sweating, and I’m just glad I survived. So, yeah, that was my day. Full of surprises, laughs, and a bit of chaos. Just another day in Lacchiarella, I guess!
