Man, what a day! I’m tellin’ ya, being a bouncer in Monte-Rosello ain’t for the faint-hearted. Woke up this mornin’ to the sound of my neighbor’s dog howlin’ like it was auditioning for a horror movie. Seriously, it was like a scene from a bad flick. Anyway, I dragged myself outta bed, grabbed a quick espresso from that little café on Via Roma. Best coffee in town, no cap. So, I get to the club, right? It’s on Via Garibaldi, the heart of the nightlife. The sun’s settin’, and the vibe is electric. I’m thinkin’, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Ha! Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. First off, this dude rolls up, lookin’ like he just stepped outta a fashion magazine. I mean, who wears sunglasses at night? But whatever, I let him in. Then, bam! A group of rowdy tourists from Milan shows up. They’re laughin’, shoutin’, and spillin’ drinks everywhere. I’m like, “Yo, keep it down!” But they just keep goin’. Then, outta nowhere, I see this girl, right? She’s on the corner of Via Mazzini, cryin’ her eyes out. I’m thinkin’, “What’s her deal?” So, I stroll over, tryin’ to be all tough but also kinda nice. Turns out, her boyfriend ghosted her. I mean, c’mon, dude! You’re in Monte-Rosello! It’s beautiful here! Why you gotta be a jerk? I give her a pep talk, tell her she’s better off without him. She smiles, and I feel like a hero for a sec. But then, I turn around, and the Milan crew is at it again. They’re tryin’ to start a conga line in the middle of the street! Like, what are we, in a cheesy movie? I’m like, “Guys, this ain’t a fiesta!” Then, I spot this guy on Via della Libertà. He’s tryin’ to sneak in with a fake ID. I mean, c’mon! I’ve seen better fakes in a kindergarten art class. I call him out, and he gets all defensive. “It’s legit!” he says. I’m like, “Bro, I can see the crayon marks.” Finally, the night starts to calm down. I’m thinkin’ I can finally catch a breather. But nope! A fight breaks out! Two dudes, both lookin’ like they just came from a gym, throwin’ punches like it’s a boxing match. I jump in, tryin’ to separate ‘em. “Chill, guys! We’re in Monte-Rosello, not a UFC ring!” After what feels like an eternity, I manage to break it up. I’m sweatin’ like I just ran a marathon. I look around, and the crowd’s goin’ wild, cheerin’ me on. I’m like, “Yeah, I’m the bouncer, but I’m not a superhero!” As the night winds down, I finally get a moment to breathe. I step outside, and the cool breeze hits me. Monte-Rosello at night is somethin’ else. The lights, the sounds, the energy. It’s chaotic but beautiful. I think about that girl I helped earlier. I hope she’s okay. And those Milan tourists? They probably passed out somewhere. I chuckle to myself. So, yeah, that was my day. Full of ups and downs, laughter and chaos. Just another day in Monte-Rosello, where the nights are wild, and the stories never end. Can’t wait to do it all again tomorrow!
