Man, what a day! I swear, being a broker in Osimo is like riding a rollercoaster blindfolded. So, I wake up, right? Sun’s shining, birds chirping, and I’m like, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Ha! Spoiler alert: it was NOT chill. First off, I hit up Via Roma for my morning coffee. You know, the good stuff. I’m standing there, waiting for my cappuccino, and this dude in front of me orders a macchiato. Like, c’mon man, it’s 8 AM! Who drinks that at this hour? Anyway, I finally get my coffee, and it’s perfect. I take a sip, and boom! My phone buzzes. It’s my client, freaking out about a property on Via Montecchi. I rush over there, dodging tourists and their selfie sticks. Seriously, why do they think they can block the whole street? Anyway, I get to the property, and it’s a total dump. I mean, the roof looks like it’s been through a war. I’m trying to keep a straight face, but inside, I’m like, “What the heck, man?” My client is all excited, and I’m just nodding, thinking, “You’re gonna regret this.” Then, outta nowhere, I get a call from my buddy Marco. He’s like, “Dude, you won’t believe this!” I’m thinking, “What now?” Turns out, he just sold a villa on Via della Repubblica for way over asking price. I’m happy for him, but also, like, “Why can’t that be me?” So, I’m back on the grind, running through the narrow streets of Osimo. I pass by the Duomo, and it’s stunning as always. I stop for a sec, take a deep breath, and think, “Man, I love this city.” But then, I remember I’m late for a meeting. Classic me, right? I sprint to the meeting spot, which is at this cute little café on Piazza del Comune. I’m sweating like a pig, and my hair’s a mess. I walk in, and everyone’s already there, looking all professional. I’m like, “Hey, sorry I’m late! Traffic, you know?” They totally buy it. Phew! The meeting’s a whirlwind. We’re talking numbers, properties, and all that jazz. But then, someone mentions a new development on Via Ancona. My heart sinks. I’ve been eyeing that place for months! I can’t believe I missed it. I’m sitting there, trying to play it cool, but inside, I’m like, “Nooooo!” After the meeting, I grab a quick bite at this little panini shop. Best paninis in town, no joke. I’m chowing down, and this old lady starts chatting me up. She’s telling me about the history of Osimo, how it used to be a Roman settlement. I’m nodding, but honestly, I’m just thinking about my next deal. Sorry, lady! Finally, I head back to the office, and my phone buzzes again. It’s my client from earlier. He’s like, “I want to make an offer on that dump!” I’m like, “Are you sure?” But hey, a deal’s a deal, right? I’m pumped, but also, I can’t help but feel a bit guilty. By the end of the day, I’m exhausted. I stroll down Via Garibaldi, taking in the sights. The sunset is gorgeous, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink. I stop for gelato because, duh, it’s Osimo! I grab a scoop of pistachio and just chill for a moment. As I sit there, I think about the day. It was wild, emotional, and full of surprises. I love this city, even when it drives me nuts. Osimo, you’ve got my heart, even if you make me wanna pull my hair out sometimes! So yeah, that was my day. Just another crazy, beautiful day in Osimo. Can’t wait to do it all over again tomorrow!
