OMG, what a day! So, I’m a Personal Shopping Assistant, right? And today was just... wow. I mean, San-Martino-Buon-Albergo, you’ve got my heart racing and my head spinning. First off, I woke up late. Classic me. Alarm? What alarm? I jumped outta bed, threw on whatever I could find. I mean, who needs matching clothes anyway? Not me! I grabbed a quick coffee from that cute little café on Via Roma. You know the one? The barista there is a total legend. He always knows my order. But today? He forgot! I was like, “Dude, I need my caffeine fix!” So, I’m chugging my coffee, running down Via San Martino, dodging people like I’m in some kind of obstacle course. Seriously, it’s like everyone decided to walk at a snail’s pace today. I almost tripped over a dog. Like, come on, Fido, move it! Then, I had this client, right? She wanted a dress for a wedding. Easy peasy, I thought. But nooo, she had to be picky. We hit up the boutique on Via della Libertà. Gorgeous stuff, but she was like, “Nah, too sparkly.” I mean, it’s a wedding! Sparkle is mandatory! After like, an hour of trying on dresses, she finally found one. But then, she was like, “I need shoes.” Ugh, fine! Off we go to the shoe store on Via Garibaldi. I swear, I’ve never seen so many heels in one place. It was like a shoe explosion. While she’s trying on shoes, I’m scrolling through my phone, and guess what? I see a post about the San Martino Festival coming up. I’m like, “OMG, I can’t miss that!” But then I remember, I have to work. Ugh, adulting sucks sometimes. Finally, she picks some shoes. Thank goodness! I’m starving at this point. We head to this little trattoria on Via Roma. I order the risotto. It’s heavenly! But then, my client spills red wine all over her new dress. I’m like, “Nooooo!” It was a total disaster. She freaks out, and I’m trying to calm her down. “It’s fine, it’s fine! We can fix it!” But inside, I’m panicking. I mean, who wants to deal with a wine-stained dress? After lunch, we hit up the market at Piazza della Libertà. Fresh produce everywhere! I love it! But my client is still stressed. I’m like, “Girl, look at these tomatoes! They’re perfect!” But she’s not having it. Then, outta nowhere, I bump into an old friend. We start chatting, and I totally forget about my client. Oops! She’s like, “Hello? I need help!” I rush back, and she’s holding a bunch of random stuff. I’m like, “What’s this? A new wardrobe?” Finally, we wrap up the day. I’m exhausted but happy. I mean, San-Martino-Buon-Albergo, you’ve got my heart. The streets, the people, the food! It’s chaotic but beautiful. As I head home, I can’t help but smile. Sure, it was a rollercoaster, but that’s what makes it fun, right? Can’t wait for tomorrow!
