Man, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I wake up in Villadose, right? The sun’s shining, birds are chirping, and I’m like, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it was NOT chill. First off, I step outta my apartment on Via Roma. You know, the street that’s always buzzing? Yeah, that one. I’m just trying to grab a coffee at my fave spot, Caffè del Centro. But guess what? The line is like a mile long! I mean, c’mon people, it’s just coffee! I’m standing there, tapping my foot, thinking about how I need caffeine to function. Finally, I get my cappuccino. It’s perfect, frothy, and all that jazz. But then, as I’m walking down Corso Vittorio Emanuele, I spill it all over my shirt! Ugh! I’m like, “Great, now I look like a walking coffee stain.” Just my luck, right? So, I’m trying to clean up, and I bump into this old dude. He’s like, “Watch where you’re going!” I’m like, “Dude, I’m sorry! I just spilled my life’s essence here!” He just grumbles and walks off. I mean, come on, it’s Villadose! We’re supposed to be friendly, right? Anyway, I decide to head to the park, Parco della Rimembranza. It’s usually my go-to for some peace. But today? Nope. There’s a bunch of kids playing soccer, and they’re LOUD. Like, I can’t even hear myself think! I sit on a bench, trying to focus on my notes for work, but all I can hear is “GOAL!” every five seconds. Then, outta nowhere, this little kid kicks the ball and it comes straight for me! I duck, and it hits an old lady’s shopping bag instead. She’s like, “Hey! Watch it!” I’m just sitting there, laughing and apologizing. I mean, it’s kinda funny, right? But she’s not having it. After that, I’m like, “Okay, let’s get outta here.” I stroll down Via Garibaldi, which is usually so pretty with all the flowers and stuff. But today? It’s like a trash can exploded. Seriously, Villadose, what’s up with that? I’m dodging trash bags like it’s an obstacle course. Finally, I make it to the library on Via della Libertà. I’m thinking, “Finally, some peace and quiet.” But nope! There’s a book club meeting going on, and they’re all shouting about some book I’ve never heard of. I just wanna write, people! So, I grab a seat in the corner, trying to focus. But then, my phone buzzes. It’s my boss. “Need that report ASAP!” I’m like, “Dude, I’m in Villadose, not a factory!” But I can’t say that, so I just nod and type away. By the time I’m done, it’s like 5 PM. I’m exhausted. I head to my favorite gelato place, Gelateria Dolce Vita. I order a scoop of pistachio, my absolute fave. But guess what? They’re out! I’m like, “Are you kidding me?” So, I settle for chocolate. Not the same, but whatever. As I’m walking home, I can’t help but think about how crazy today was. I mean, Villadose is usually chill, but today? It was like a rollercoaster. I get home, plop on my couch, and just laugh. What a day, right? So, yeah, that was my Villadose adventure. Full of spills, thrills, and a whole lotta unexpected stuff. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
