OMG, what a day! So, I’m a Personal Shopping Assistant, right? And today was just... wow. Zevio, you crazy little town, you really outdid yourself. First off, I woke up late. Like, super late. My alarm? Totally ignored it. I jumped outta bed, hair a mess, and I’m like, “C’mon, let’s do this!” I had a client waiting at the Piazza della Libertà. I mean, who doesn’t wanna shop in the heart of Zevio? But I was already running behind. So, I’m sprinting down Via Roma, dodging old ladies and their dogs. Seriously, why do they walk so slow? I almost tripped over a poodle. Like, chill, dude! Anyway, I finally get to the piazza, and my client is there, looking all stressed. She’s like, “Where were you?” I’m like, “Traffic, ya know?” But really, it was just me being a hot mess. We hit up this cute little boutique on Via Garibaldi. I swear, the clothes were to die for! I found this killer dress. I mean, it was like it was made for her. But then, she’s like, “Nah, I don’t like it.” I’m like, “Girl, are you blind?” But whatever, I’m not here to judge. Next, we head to the market at Piazza del Mercato. OMG, the food! Fresh produce everywhere. I’m talking juicy tomatoes, fragrant basil, and the cheese? Don’t even get me started. I grabbed some pecorino and nearly fainted. But then, disaster struck. My client spots a cute guy. She’s like, “I need to talk to him!” I’m like, “Girl, we’re shopping!” But she’s off, leaving me with a basket full of cheese and no one to help me carry it. Ugh! So, I’m standing there, juggling cheese and veggies, when I see this old man on a bench. He’s just staring at me, like I’m some kind of circus act. I’m like, “What’s up, dude?” He just chuckles. I mean, come on! I’m not that funny! Finally, my client comes back, all giggly. I’m like, “Did you get his number?” She’s like, “No, but he smiled!” I’m like, “Great, now can we shop?” We hit up another store on Via Mazzini. It’s packed! I’m talking people everywhere. I can’t even breathe. I’m trying to help her pick out shoes, but it’s chaos. I’m sweating, and she’s like, “I can’t decide!” I’m like, “Just pick one!” Then, outta nowhere, this lady bumps into me. I spill my coffee all over her. I’m like, “Oh no, I’m so sorry!” But she’s like, “It’s fine, it’s just coffee.” I’m like, “Just coffee? Lady, that’s my lifeblood!” After that, we finally find some shoes. Thank goodness! But then, she decides she wants to go to the gelato place on Via della Libertà. I’m like, “Really? More food?” But who am I to say no to gelato? We get there, and it’s packed. I’m standing in line, and I’m just thinking about how I need a vacation. Like, can I just chill for a sec? But then, I see the flavors. Pistachio, stracciatella, and oh my god, tiramisu. I’m in heaven! Finally, we sit down with our gelato, and I’m like, “This day wasn’t so bad after all.” My client is happy, I’m happy, and we’re just enjoying the vibe of Zevio. The sun is setting, and the streets are lit up. It’s beautiful. But then, I remember I have to go home. I’m exhausted! I say goodbye to my client, and I’m walking back through the streets. I pass by the old church on Via San Giovanni. It’s so peaceful. I take a moment to breathe. Zevio, you wild little town, you’ve got my heart. But next time, can we skip the drama? Just a chill day of shopping and gelato, please!
