Man, what a day! I’m a shepherd, right? You know, chillin’ with my sheep, mindin’ my own biz. But today? Oh boy, today was a whole different story. So, I roll into Isahaya, right? This city is wild! It’s got that mix of old-school Japan and modern vibes. I’m talkin’ about the streets like Kōen-dōri and the crazy hustle on Kōen-cho. I’m just tryin’ to grab some supplies for my flock. You know, sheep gotta eat too! First off, I hit up this little market on Kōen-dōri. It’s packed! Like, where did all these people come from? I’m just tryna get some hay, and it’s like a human stampede. I’m dodging folks left and right. “Excuse me, pardon me!” I’m practically yelling. Then, I spot this old lady selling mochi. Man, I love mochi! So, I’m like, “Gimme some of that sweet goodness!” But she’s all, “You gotta wait!” Wait? I’m a shepherd, not a saint! I’m about to lose it. But then, she hands me a sample. OMG, it’s like heaven in my mouth! I’m happy again. After that, I’m walking down to the Isahaya Park. It’s beautiful there, cherry blossoms everywhere. But guess what? I trip over my own feet! Classic me, right? I’m sprawled out on the ground, and this kid starts laughing. I’m like, “Dude, I’m a shepherd, not a circus act!” But hey, I laugh it off. Then, I see this group of kids playing soccer. They’re kicking the ball around like pros. I’m thinking, “Man, I wish I could kick it like that!” But then, one of ‘em kicks the ball right at me! I catch it, and they all cheer. I’m feelin’ like a rockstar for a sec. But then, I get a call. It’s my buddy Taro. He’s like, “Dude, your sheep are out!” I’m like, “What?!” My heart drops. I bolt outta the park, running like I’m in a marathon. I’m sprinting down Kōen-cho, dodging people again. “Sorry! Gotta save my sheep!” Finally, I get to the field. And there they are, my fluffy little troublemakers, munching on some random dude’s garden. I’m like, “Guys, c’mon! Not cool!” I’m chasing them around, and it’s chaos. I’m yelling, “Get back here!” But they’re just bleating like it’s a party. After what feels like forever, I finally round ‘em up. I’m sweating, heart racing. But then, I see this old man watching me. He’s cracking up! I’m like, “Dude, this ain’t funny!” But he just smiles and says, “You’ve got a way with sheep!” I can’t help but laugh too. So, I head back to the city, exhausted but happy. Isahaya’s got this vibe, you know? It’s lively, full of surprises. I love it here, even when it drives me nuts. As I’m walking back, I think about how crazy today was. From mochi to mad sheep, it’s all part of the adventure. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Just another day in the life of a shepherd in Isahaya!
