Man, what a day! Seriously, Kamogawa is wild. I woke up thinking it’d be chill. Nope! Not even close. First off, I hit up the local café on Katsuura Street. Best coffee ever! I mean, I’m not a coffee snob, but this stuff? Pure magic. I ordered a latte, and the barista, this cool dude named Hiro, made a heart in the foam. I was like, “Aww, thanks, man!” But then I spilled it all over my shirt. Classic me, right? So, I’m walking down the beach, right? The waves at Kamogawa Beach were insane! Like, I swear they were trying to eat me. I’m dodging waves like I’m in some action movie. I almost lost my flip-flops. Can you imagine? Flip-flops flying everywhere, me looking like a total goof. Then, I decided to check out the Kamogawa Sea World. I mean, who doesn’t love sea creatures? I’m all about that marine life. But, OMG, the line was a mile long! I was standing there, sweating like a pig, thinking, “Why did I even come here?” But then I saw a kid with a giant stuffed penguin. I was like, “Dude, that’s the dream!” Finally, I get in. The dolphins were doing flips, and I was just standing there, grinning like an idiot. But then, outta nowhere, this kid starts crying because he dropped his ice cream. I felt for him, man. I mean, ice cream is life! So, I bought him a new one. His face lit up like a Christmas tree. Totally worth it. After that, I strolled down to the Kamogawa River. The view was stunning! Cherry blossoms everywhere. I’m snapping pics like a tourist. But then, I tripped over a rock. Like, seriously? I’m just trying to enjoy nature! I fell right into the grass, and some old lady laughed at me. I laughed too, because what else can you do? Then, I hit up this little izakaya on Katsuura Street. The food? Oh man, it was heavenly. I ordered some yakitori and sake. I was feeling good, you know? But then, I overheard this couple arguing. Like, come on, guys! You’re in Kamogawa! Chill out! By the time I left, I was full and happy. But then, I realized I lost my wallet. Panic mode activated! I retraced my steps, running around like a headless chicken. I was about to give up when I spotted it on a bench by the river. Thank you, universe! So, I finally made it back to my hotel. I flopped onto the bed, exhausted but happy. Kamogawa, you crazy city! You’ve got my heart racing and my stomach full. Can’t wait for tomorrow!
