Man, today was a wild ride in Saga! Like, I woke up thinking it’d be just another chill day, but boy, was I wrong. First off, I’m in my little webcam biz, right? Just trying to make a living, you know? But today, everything went haywire. So, I’m cruising down the main street, Saga’s own Chuo-dori, and I’m feelin’ good. The sun’s shining, birds are chirping, and I’m like, “Yeah, today’s gonna be lit!” But then, bam! I hit a pothole. Like, seriously? Who’s in charge of these roads? I swear, it felt like I was in a mini earthquake. My coffee almost flew outta my hand. Ugh! Anyway, I finally get to my spot near the Saga Castle. It’s a beautiful place, right? But today, it was packed with tourists. I mean, I love the hustle, but c’mon! I’m trying to set up my gear, and there’s this group of loud kids running around. I’m like, “Hey, can you keep it down? I’m tryna work here!” But they just laughed and kept being all hyper. Kids, man. So, I finally get my webcam rolling, and I’m in the zone. But then, my internet decides to play hide and seek. Like, really? In the middle of a stream? I’m sweating bullets, trying to fix it. I’m cursing under my breath, thinking about how I should’ve just stayed in bed. Then, outta nowhere, this old dude walks by. He’s got this huge smile, and he’s like, “Hey, you’re doing great!” I’m like, “Thanks, man! But my internet hates me right now!” He just chuckles and walks off. I mean, what a legend! After that, I needed a break. So, I hit up a local spot on Yayoigaoka Street. Best ramen ever! I’m slurping away, and it’s like heaven in a bowl. I’m thinking, “This is what life’s about!” But then, I spill some broth on my shirt. Classic me, right? I’m sitting there, looking like a mess, and the lady behind the counter just shakes her head. Feeling a bit better, I head back to my spot. But guess what? The kids are back! This time, they’re playing tag right where I’m streaming. I’m like, “Seriously? Can’t a person catch a break?” But then, one of them trips and falls. I’m not heartless, so I rush over to help. Turns out, he’s fine, just a little scraped up. But his mom comes running, and she’s all panicked. I’m like, “Chill, he’s good!” Finally, I wrap up my day. I’m exhausted but kinda happy. I mean, Saga’s got its quirks, but it’s home. I love the mix of old and new, the vibe, the people. Even the potholes. Okay, maybe not the potholes. As I’m heading home, I can’t help but laugh at the chaos. It’s like, every day’s an adventure here. And who knows what tomorrow will bring? Maybe more ramen, less kids, and definitely a smoother ride. Fingers crossed!
