OMG, what a day! Like, seriously, I can’t even. So, I woke up in Druskininkai, right? The sun was shining, birds were chirping, and I was like, “Today’s gonna be lit!” Spoiler alert: it was NOT. First off, I had to get ready for my Maiko gig. You know, the whole geisha vibe, but in Lithuania. I mean, who knew Druskininkai had such a cool scene? I was feeling myself, all decked out in my kimono, but then I realized I forgot my fan. Ugh! Major facepalm moment. I dashed down Maironio Street, dodging tourists like I was in some kind of obstacle course. So, I’m hustling, right? And I pass by the famous Druskininkai Aqua Park. Like, I’ve been there a million times, but today it was packed! Kids screaming, parents looking frazzled. I thought, “Why do people bring their kids to water parks?!” But then I saw a little girl with a giant ice cream cone, and I was like, “Okay, I get it.” Ice cream makes everything better. Finally, I made it to the gig. The venue was on Vilniaus Street, and it was super cute. I was all set to perform, but then the power went out! Like, are you kidding me? I was ready to show off my moves, and now I’m just standing there in the dark. I could hear people whispering, “Is this part of the show?” Ugh, no! But then, out of nowhere, the lights flickered back on. Thank you, universe! I jumped right into my routine, and honestly, it felt amazing. The crowd was vibing, and I was feeling like a rockstar. I even spotted a couple of my friends in the front row, cheering me on. That made me so happy! After the show, I decided to treat myself. I strolled down the beautiful lakeside promenade. The view of Lake Druskonis is just breathtaking. I mean, who wouldn’t want to chill there? But then, I saw this guy trying to take a selfie with a swan. Like, dude, that’s a wild animal! The swan was not having it. It hissed at him, and I couldn’t stop laughing. Then, I hit up a local café on J. Basanavičiaus Street. I ordered a coffee and a slice of šakotis. If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out! It’s like a tree cake, and it’s delicious. But while I was enjoying my treat, I overheard this couple arguing. Like, come on, guys! Not the vibe! I was just trying to enjoy my cake in peace. As I was leaving, I bumped into an old friend. We hadn’t seen each other in ages! We ended up chatting for hours, reminiscing about our wild teenage years. You know, the usual stuff—cringy moments, bad haircuts, and all that jazz. It was so nice to reconnect, but then I realized I was late for my next gig. Panic mode activated! I sprinted back to the venue, and guess what? I tripped on the cobblestones on the way. Classic me, right? I landed right in front of a group of tourists. They were like, “Is this part of the show?” I just laughed it off, but inside, I was dying. Finally, I made it back, and the crowd was still there, waiting for me. I jumped on stage, and honestly, it felt like a scene from a movie. I poured my heart into that performance. I was happy, angry, surprised—like a rollercoaster of emotions. By the end of the night, I was exhausted but so fulfilled. Druskininkai, you’ve got my heart! I can’t believe all the crazy stuff that happened today. I mean, who knew a day could be so wild? I’m definitely gonna crash now. But tomorrow? Who knows what adventures await in this beautiful city!
