Man, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I wake up in Calarasi, right? The sun’s shining, birds are chirping, and I’m like, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it was NOT chill. First off, I’m running late. Classic me. I sprint down Strada 1 Decembrie, dodging potholes like I’m in some kind of obstacle course. I swear, if I trip on one more of those things, I’m gonna lose it. Like, can we get some road repairs, please? Anyway, I finally make it to the office on Strada Republicii. I’m all outta breath, but I’m ready to tackle the day. Or so I thought. My boss, Mr. I-Need-You-To-Do-This-Now, throws a stack of papers at me. “These need to be filed by noon!” he barks. Ugh, thanks for the heads up, dude. I mean, who needs a coffee break, right? So, I’m buried in paperwork, and then my phone buzzes. It’s my buddy, Alex. He’s like, “Dude, you gotta check out the new café on Strada Călărași.” I’m like, “Yeah, after I finish this mountain of doom.” But then I think, “Why not?” I mean, I deserve a treat, right? Fast forward to lunchtime. I sneak out to the café, and OMG, it’s adorable! They’ve got these cute little pastries and the coffee? To die for! I’m sipping my cappuccino, feeling like a queen, when suddenly, BOOM! A pigeon poops right on my shoulder. Like, really? I’m just trying to enjoy my life here! I’m freaking out, trying to clean it off with napkins. The barista is cracking up, and I’m like, “Thanks for the support, buddy.” I mean, who knew pigeons had such bad aim? After that little fiasco, I head back to the office, and guess what? My computer crashes. Just my luck, right? I’m staring at the screen like it’s gonna magically fix itself. Spoiler: it doesn’t. I’m about to lose it. I mean, can I catch a break? Then, outta nowhere, my coworker, Maria, bursts in. She’s all excited, waving a flyer. “There’s a festival at the park on Strada Mărășești this weekend!” she says. I’m like, “Great, more crowds.” But then she starts talking about food trucks and live music, and I’m like, “Okay, maybe I’ll check it out.” Finally, the day drags on, and I’m counting down the minutes. I just wanna go home and binge-watch something mindless. But no, I have to deal with a last-minute meeting. Ugh! By the time I leave the office, it’s dark. I’m walking back down Strada 1 Decembrie, and I see the lights from the city. It’s kinda pretty, I guess. I mean, Calarasi has its charm, right? But I’m still exhausted. I get home, kick off my shoes, and plop on the couch. I’m scrolling through my phone, and I see a meme about bad days. I laugh, because honestly, today was a rollercoaster. So yeah, that was my day in Calarasi. Full of surprises, a bit of chaos, and a whole lotta emotions. I’m ready for bed, but I know tomorrow will probably be just as wild. Bring it on!
