Man, what a day! I swear, Tranby is a wild ride. I woke up thinking it’d be just another boring day installing radio gear. Nope! Not in Tranby, my friend. First off, I hit the road on Tranbyveien. It’s like the main drag, ya know? But traffic? Ugh! It was like everyone decided to take their sweet time. I’m sittin’ there, fuming, thinking, “C’mon, people! I got radios to install!” Finally, I get to this house on Høgåsveien. Nice place, but the client? Total character. He’s like, “Hey, can you make my radio play my favorite tunes?” I’m like, “Dude, it’s not a magic box!” But I smile and nod. Gotta keep the peace, right? So, I’m setting up this radio, and outta nowhere, the guy’s dog starts barking like it’s the end of the world. I jump! Almost drop the radio. I’m like, “Chill, pup! I’m just here to make your owner happy!” Then, I get a call from my buddy, Lars. He’s like, “Dude, you won’t believe this! There’s a moose on Tranbyveien!” I’m like, “A moose? For real?” I can’t even. I’m picturing this giant beast just chillin’ in the middle of the road. Classic Tranby, right? After the install, I head over to Tranby sentrum. Grabbed a coffee at that little café on Storgata. Best coffee ever! I’m sitting there, scrolling through my phone, and I see a post about the moose. Turns out, it was just hanging out, munching on some grass. People were taking selfies with it! Only in Tranby, man. But then, I get a text from my boss. “Need you at the old school on Skoleveien ASAP!” I’m like, “Great, just what I need.” So, I rush over, and when I get there, the school’s in chaos. Kids running everywhere, teachers looking frazzled. Apparently, the PA system went down. I’m like, “No problem, I got this!” But then, I realize I forgot my toolkit at the last job. Facepalm! I’m standing there, feeling like a total idiot. But hey, I improvise. I grab some duct tape and a couple of wires from the janitor’s closet. MacGyver style, baby! Finally, I get the PA system working. Kids cheer, teachers high-five me. I’m feeling like a rockstar! But then, I step outside, and it starts pouring. Of course! Just my luck. I’m soaked, running back to my van parked on Høgåsveien. By the time I get home, I’m exhausted. But I can’t stop laughing about the moose and the crazy day. Tranby, you never fail to surprise me. I flop on the couch, thinking about how tomorrow’s gonna be just as wild. Bring it on!
