Man, what a day! I swear, Gorzyce really knows how to throw a curveball. So, I’m a bone cutter, right? Yeah, sounds wild, but it’s my jam. Anyway, I woke up this morning, sun shining, birds chirping, you know the vibe. I’m thinking, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. First off, I hit up ul. Główna for my morning coffee. Best place, no doubt. The barista, Kasia, she’s a legend. She knows my order by heart. I walk in, and she’s like, “Hey, bone man! Usual?” I’m like, “You know it!” But then, bam! The power goes out. Just like that. No coffee, no light, just chaos. I’m standing there like, “What’s next? A meteor shower?” So, I’m caffeine-deprived and grumpy. I head over to ul. Słowackiego, thinking maybe I can grab a snack. But guess what? The bakery’s closed! I mean, come on! It’s like the universe is against me. I’m hangry now. I’m pacing around, muttering to myself. “Gorzyce, you’re killing me!” Finally, I decide to hit the clinic. You know, the one near the park? I’m there to do my thing, cut some bones, help some folks. But the waiting room is packed! Like, sardines in a can packed. I’m looking around, and there’s this old dude, Mr. Kowalski, snoring like a chainsaw. I can’t even focus. Then, this kid starts crying. I mean, full-on wailing. I’m like, “Dude, chill! It’s just a bone!” But nah, the kid’s having a meltdown. I’m trying to keep my cool, but inside, I’m like, “Why is today so nuts?” Finally, I get called in. Thank goodness! I’m ready to work my magic. But then, the doc tells me we’ve got a tricky case. A broken leg from a bike accident on ul. Wiosny. I’m thinking, “Great, just what I need.” But hey, I’m a pro. I get in there, and it’s like a puzzle. I’m cutting, shaping, and fixing. It’s intense, but I’m in my zone. After a few hours, I’m done. The patient’s all smiles, and I’m feeling like a rockstar. But then, I step outside, and it’s pouring rain. Seriously? I just can’t catch a break! I’m soaked in seconds. I’m laughing at myself, like, “Gorzyce, you’re a real piece of work!” So, I’m trudging home, drenched, and I pass by the old church on ul. Kościelna. It’s beautiful, even in the rain. I stop for a sec, take a deep breath, and think, “Life’s wild, but it’s mine.” Finally, I get home, and I’m ready to crash. But my phone buzzes. It’s Kasia from the café. She’s like, “Hey, bone man! We got power back! Come grab that coffee!” I can’t help but smile. Maybe Gorzyce isn’t so bad after all. So yeah, that was my day. Full of ups and downs, but hey, that’s life in Gorzyce, right? Always keeping me on my toes!
